This is our first visit to Ethiopia. Our one week stay at Tolip Olympia Hotel was very satisfying. There's a hotel shuttle service available at Bole Air Port and the reception staff were kind and quick to let us check-in without any delay on arrival to the hotel. Room provided on 5th floor was very clean, comfortable and had all necessary amenities. Daily room service provided and cleaning staff does a good job. Breakfast buffet had a good range of delicious food choices. The hotel has a fully equipped gym facility at the 10th floor and a fitness instructor also available. The hotel is located in Gabon Street and there are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Debonairs Pizza, Sambusa-Ga, Lecker Café are few we tried. During our stay it was our pleasure to meet Mr. Asafa (GM) and Ms. Yayet (AM). They were very friendly, kind and helpful, and deliver their best for the guests. If anyone visiting Addis Ababa and looking for a good hotel in Kirkos I would indeed recommend Tolip Olympia Hotel for their stay.

The first day i went to Tolip Olympia hotel was for the sake of refreshment me and my friend was mate Mr,Dawit he was welcomed us with high professional way and he invited us to check their rooms, we was happy with that. We decide to stay in this hotel for 10 days. The room was clean and attractive, the waiters are very friendly. all things i saw was very nice and recommendable hotel.

Really noisy area. It is difficult to sleep. People arriving during the night also make noise. The door of the room has an alarm and people let it ring during 10 minutes... Food is not good and there is not a big choice at the buffet. You are called to come for breakfast and when you arrive it is not ready. Finally reception calls you for the bus and when you come the bus is gone and you have to wait... A bad experience during our transit night.

This is one of the best Hotel In Addi Ababa,Ethiopia. I was there with my colleagues we all are happy with our stay.the staffs are helpful and friendly even I don't feel as a guest but as a family. I recommend to others to visit this Hotel.

Beautiful place with beautiful people. Best in town. The breakfast is top notch. Rooms are neat and clean with all the things you may require. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to stay hassle free.

The hotel is very well located. The rooms are clean and very quiet, allowing for rest at any time of the day without being disturbed by external noise. The reception and service from the staff was excellent. They are very professional. I organized a meeting, and the hotel offered all the necessary equipment at very good prices, without any delays, along with a delicious buffet lunch. The hotel manager (Jael) was incredibly kind and present to ensure that everything goes smoothly. I definitely recommend this hotel; the value for money is very good.

Tolip was staying at the olimpiya hotel. All the facilities in this hotel are very good and the manager and team here are very supportive. Whenever you want to stay here, choose Tolip olimpiya hotel only. You are not going to have any problem here because I have my own experience.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. The staffs are very unfriendly and they judge the person by how you dress. They ruined my day by their bad customer service. I also talked with manager but she was not any better than the employees. If this is how you treat a customer then you should close down. I will never recommend this to anyone. They gave me experience the worst day of the year.

Excellent service. Great friendly environment. Enjoyed the food and hospitality. Amazing people. Mati the front office supervisor was extremely helpful. This is an excellent example of the world famous and legendary Ethiopian customer service.

L'immeuble et l'infrastructure en soi est bien construit. Le probleme se situe au niveau de l'hygiène et la maintenance. J'y ai passé la nuit apres avoir raté ma connexion. C'est Ethiopian Airlines qui a pris en charge. Il est possible que le probleme de l'entretien se situe surtout au niveau des chambres aux etages réservés pour Ethiopian. Je suis tres sûr qur les draps netaient pas lavés. J'ai trouvé beaucoup (plus que 30) poiles humaines sur les draps avant d'y entrer. Des caffards dans la salle de bain. Robinet de douche tres sale. La toilette n'était pas du tout propre. Des odeurs de nourriture tres forte toute la nuit au 7ieme étage. Les differents avis positifs ici sont a plus de 80% ecrit par des personnes quiont un seul review, ont le contenu similaires et une photo de profil similaires (parfois meme photo et autre nom): pas fiable donc. Le buffet pour led voyageurs Ethiopian en dîner et en petit dejeuner est tres minime. J'ai l'habitude de dormir dans des hotels a petit budget en Afrique subsaharienne mais ce manque d'hygiène au niveau ou les draps nont pas été changé me semble quand-même très grave et rarement ou jamais vu.

Fomos colocados neste hotel pela cidade aérea Ethiopian devido a uma escala de mais de 10h no país, apesar de ser uma rede conhecida e teoricamente padrão em atendimento e estrutura, não tivemos sorte na nossa pernoite, o jantar sem opções, o hotel sem nenhum cuidado com o covid, Internet fraca, não parece ser de boa higiene, o banheiro do quarto vazava água do vaso, da pia, o box estava meio solto, faltava manutenção em vários lugares o café da manhã e extremamente fraco.

I was a week! and everything was perfect! from the quality of the food to the hygiene of the building!! all the employees are very attentive to your needs and to make you feel good! I would like to thank the bosses, the receptionists, the cooks, the waiters and the cleaning ladies! Specifically for the I would like to thanks for the professional and Outstanding service to David, Ms Yael, the manager and receptionist!!
