英特爾豪華飯店的評論

酒店整體很好，已經住過很多年了。內部裝修稍顯老舊，但是還是非常乾淨整潔，唯一的就是網絡稍微慢一些，日常辦公會影響郵件收發。

房間給我開成了其他人已入住的房型…而且據同事説這不是第一次他們開重了的情況。前台服務有待加強，但在非洲對人員素質要求也確實不能太高了。

位於使館區，安全乾淨，設施比較老舊，但比起國際品牌cp值非常高

Although the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

這個酒店太不衞生了。床上用品都已經發灰了。桌子上一層塵土。到前台説才找人來打掃。設施都很陳舊，不值五星的錢。

房間小不衞生。衞生間的水管子頭都已經舊的，不像樣子。床上用品，看不出白的模樣了。桌子上，一層塵土。

Lovely, beautiful, nice and helpful staff

My first night there was no hot water . The food tasted nasty and old. The employees had bad hygiene (musky). The wifi wasn't working and T.V. wasn't working. I couldn't sleep at night because musqestos was in the room. I will never go back to this hotel. Also they had brown water coming from th faucet in tub.

Хороший отель за адекватную цену. Учитывали все пожелания и при необходимости исправляли косяки. Как и везде в Аддис-Абебе бесплатные трансферы в/из аэропорт(а). Круглосуточно можно вкусно поесть за адекватные деньги. Рекомендую!

لا يوجد شطاف في دورات المياه الماء لونه ليس طبيعي وأظن انه معالج

Très bon séjour à l'Inter Luxury Hotel. Equipe prévenante et efficace. Chambres spacieuses, lits très confortables. Buffet de petit-déjeuner très copieux (Hôtesse vraiment aux petits soins). Petite corbeille fruit offerte par le manager merci beaucoup! Hall d'entrée avec plusieurs espaces de travail/discussion. Piscine en rooftop, magnifique, les 2 employés du bar et de la piscine ont été adorables et très accommodants. Pizza maison en soirée! Bref, parfait cadre pour notre semaine de conférence. Merci!

E' andato tutto bene ma non so se è proprio un 5 stelle questo. Diciamo che per le domande standard lo staff è stato sufficiente. Per il poco "extra" ci sono stati dei problemi. Per me la piscina non era praticabile. Diciamo che alcune cose non ci sono piaciute (vetri rotti in alcuni piani). La jacuzzi chiusa (l'unica cosa che volevamo fare).

Très bon accueil, surtout Senait, très bon petit déjeuner aussi

I recently visited the hotel for a scheduled meeting. During my stay, I had to attend an urgent online meeting and was using my laptop outside the meeting hall while charging it. Unfortunately, I was approached by a security staff member who spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He stated that I had been sitting there "too long" and claimed he was instructed to speak to me based on camera surveillance. His tone and approach were unnecessarily rude, and the experience left me feeling uncomfortable. I reported the incident to the sales and marketing team, but disappointingly, they showed no acknowledgment or response to my concern. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel, particularly for professionals expecting a respectful and accommodating environment.
