這個酒店太不衞生了。床上用品都已經發灰了。桌子上一層塵土。到前台説才找人來打掃。設施都很陳舊，不值五星的錢。

房間小不衞生。衞生間的水管子頭都已經舊的，不像樣子。床上用品，看不出白的模樣了。桌子上，一層塵土。

Although the hotel didn't quite surpass my expectations, it still provided a decent experience overall. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. While it may not have had standout features, it offered all the essential amenities one would expect. Therefore, I would rate it a respectable 6 out of 10. While it didn't leave a lasting impression, it served as a satisfactory choice for a pleasant stay.

تجربة كانت جيدة جدا من حيث الاستقبال من الوهلة الأولي في مطار أديس أبابا كان استقبالا بشوشا من سائق العربة استمتعت معه بالمناظر الخلابة في الطريق من المطار الي الفندق واخبرني بعدد من المعالم السياحية في البلد حتي وصلنا الفندق وجدت موظفي الاستقبال والإجراءات كانت سريعة ودقيقة وذلك بفضل الإدارة الجيدة للمديرة سمراويت

يقدم الفندق خدمة ممتازة ويحتوي على غرف فسيحة للغاية ونظيفة بشكل استثنائي (قمت بزيارة ثلاثة منها على الأقل). ما يحتاج إلى تحسين هو صيانة الغرف. إنها شكوى عالية المستوى، لكنني أعتقد أنه فندق جيد حقًا ويتألق بالخدمة الجيدة والود والضيافة، فضلاً عن مستوى خاص من النظافة، ولهذا السبب في رأيي جميع قطع الأثاث الموجودة في الغرفة . ويجب حمايتهم وحمايتهم بشكل مستمر.

Teníamos un par de cosas que no funcionaban, pero eran capaces de arreglarlo muy rápidamente los servicios por lo general muy buenos. Se preocupan por la solicitud específica. piscina es interesante también con un bar en la planta superior. Lo disfruté y las instalaciones para el deporte y el ocio. el hotel está actualmente rodeado de edificios en construcción, por lo que puede ser un retroceso temporal para la ubicación. en términos de seguridad en la zona es bastante seguro. La habitación es buena no muy moderna especialmente el baño. Disfruté mi estancia

فندق انتر لكجري واحد من الفنادق التي نالت اعجابي من حيث التعامل والخدمات المميزة وذلك بفضل المديرة / سمراويت التي تتابع أدق التفاصيل من حيث الغرف والخدمات وتعامل الجميع بصورة ممتازة - واحدة من التجارب الممتازة مع الفنادق الاحظ بعض التأخير في تقديم الطعام ونظافة الغرف

كل شى كان جميل ومرتب وخاصة خدمة العملاء أوصى كل اصدقائى لكى يحجزوا فى هذا الفندق الجميل الموقع قريب من الأماكن المهمة وكذلك الخدمات طوال الأربعة وعشرين ساعة بنفس الأداء فى كل الخدمات وكذلك خدمات الأكل ما لفت انتباهى خدمة العملاء كانت اكثر من جيده

I stayed almost 2 months in the apartment. Apartments are very spacious and sunny. Service is very nice. Swimming pool is warm 24/7, with good music, it is a very nice place to relax, with children as well. My daughter was 3 and she loved swimming there. The hotel is also well located, easy to access. Internet connexion is very good. The TV has Netflix in English. I wish the kichen had a big oven to make cake or cook sophisticated food, I would have stay longer.

We stayed during one week for business in june 2023. Very pleasant stay, perfect for working. Nice people and good welcome. Good location and very clean rooms. We recommed this hotel without any problem.

Great hospitality ,I appreciate all staff,keep it consistent and warm for everyone. I will recommend the place as it has all in one place Spa GYM,accommodation all types....alot of meeting halls ,reasonably fair prices

I've stayed here many times and enjoyed it very much. Rooftop pool is a great place to watch sunset and eat supper. Morning traditional coffee made right in lobby is wonderful. Breakfast buffet has everything you could want, including chef making omelets to order. Housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful and adapts to your needs. Huge bus brings you to and from airport. Surrounding area has many good restaurants and coffee shops as well as shopping, eg. leather shop.
