Très bon hôtel, le personnel était formidable, très accueillant. Sur ma demande, ils ont changé ma chambre pour un suite au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique et un jacuzzi. Le restaurant propose une délicieuse pizza spéciale et une côtelette savoureuse. Un point d'amélioration serait le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait offrir des plats plus diversifiés.

This is my second time stay in this hotel and it is totally fantastic. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly i enjoyed my stay here. This is the best hotel in ethopia.

This hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Food is local, and good. Location is unpleasant, dark alley. In the morning homeless people woke up along the alley and packs of homeless dogs are roaming the neighborhood. They have a luggage scanner and metal detector but nothing was checked even though it beeped. Also there was an open door next to the main entrance (frequently used) so I feel security is just a facade. We had two rooms, but had to switch because one key wasn’t working. First room was really dirty in the bathroom sink, and soaps etc was knocked over, like someone had been there. Also the safety lock on the door was completely broken. The two next rooms seemed okay, but in one room the internet and the shower was not working. In the bathroom they had conditioner and body lotion, no shampoo. In the two rooms there was altogether three sliding doors for windows. None had handles or locks. Absolutely not safe for kids. The elevator had a sign saying the door sensors wasn’t working. Sometimes the elevator couldn’t be operated properly or it wasn’t working at all. Worst thing, we are all covered in flee og bedbug bites. Thanks.

The customer service was very poor. There was black mold growing above my shower. Overall this hotel presents a nice front but when you get beyond the facade of nicety you find a slum lord mentality. It is true that when you make a customer happy they probably won't say anything but when you treat them poorly they will tell the world... Well that is true here. I had a legitimate complaint and was told there was no managers on duty that could address it. Out of trying to solve my issue the front desk apparently called the "owners son" who was to be consulted in case of no managers being available. He offered to give me "free services" next time I came to the hotel knowing full well I was about to fly out and would not be back. I had asked for at least a partial refund or some kind of compensation which he refused.

From the free airport shuttle to the front desk and maid service, I had an excellent stay here. Although it is off the main road there is plenty of light at night. Conveniently located near restaurants and many amenities, this was one of the best places I have been.

The hospitality was good. The management of service and the staffs, the hotel privacy, cleaning, and food wàs good. The hotel location is ideal to anywhere destination with parking.
