傾慕已久的酒店🏨在倫敦地理位置十分優越，一進去就有一種復古和現代相結合的魅力襲來，是我很中意的。英格蘭美學，色彩格子紋裝點，酒店上下鋪滿鮮花💐和色彩，充滿着藝術氣息。大堂🈶一間玫瑰廳的茶食很是別緻，早餐在大堂一扇頗為隱祕的門後，裏面很漂亮，早晨灑滿了陽光，半自助半點單，也很好吃😋 就是房間偏小（全程上下皆是如此），朝向也欠佳，但我定的房間也是average的價格。

名字裏面有希爾頓，實際上比希爾頓高級多了，是一家傳統的英國式豪華五星級酒店。地理位置絕佳，古老而氣派的建築，精緻的內部裝飾和設計細節，各個環節的管理和服務，從門房到接待到保潔、維修，都能體現出英國式的專業、禮貌，良好的素質和訓練。甚至給小朋友準備的門卡也是那麼可愛貼心。整個酒店從外到內都無可挑剔，哪怕正在裝修大堂，哪怕有一台電梯故障，都處理得讓客人心平氣和沒有抱怨。必須點贊！今後去倫敦度假的首選。

鬧中取靜的一個酒店，地理位置十分方便，出去就是熱門街區和唐人街附近。半夜12點多到達的，前台工作人員也是特別的熱情。這個酒店的大堂和卧室的裝修風格特別喜歡。酒店很有小心思，手寫的卡片，和贈送的筆記本都很值得帶走。

とてつもなく狭く、2人分のスーツケースを広げるのがやっとです。シャワーは段差がないのか、水がトイレの方まで流れてしまいます。ティッシュペーパーがなく、不便でした。ただ、立地はよかったです。日本人のフロントの方がいて安心しました。

我不敢相信這是一家5星級酒店,房間的狀態很糟糕,破爛,陳舊。我們要求雙牀房,最後一張雙人牀和露營牀,不適合21歲的人睡。我們和前台交談,他們只是聳聳肩。我查看了更多的評論,看到有很多關於疲憊的房間的投訴,所以我認爲他們習慣了。我省錢買了一個漂亮的房間,對我來說是很多錢,也許他們只關心他們有錢的普通客人,或者如果你預訂了折扣,你會得到一個糟糕的房間。我很失望,因爲這是生日招待或我的兒子。唯一積極的是早餐,很棒,工作人員很友好。我會附上照片,以顯示房間的狀態。
