梅里達Villa

由於早上6點出發,我們選擇了哈西恩達酒店,因爲離機場很近。我們到達時,櫃檯邊一位非常友好的女孩迎接我們,她滿臉微笑。進入房間後,我們驚喜地發現房間乾淨整潔,有咖啡機和兩張雙人牀。游泳池旁的餐廳有各種美食可供選擇,還有冷的絲頸。我們讓前台小姐姐凌晨3點安排出租車,凌晨3點整到,房間價格是$35.00,而且至少可以說便宜。雖然只住一晚,但我還是很喜歡這次住宿,但我會毫不猶豫地再次入住,並會向我的朋友推薦。

This places is lovely. Understand, though, that some of the super old furniture is worn. I was there for a month and switched back and forth between two rooms. The first room was a standard double. (The room pics I provide are all of this room). It was a lovely room. The bathroom didn’t make sense though. It was the tiniest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The pic shows the sink and the toilet. Across from that, there’s a shower. the room above this one has the same configuration as the one shown, but the sink is outside of the bathroom, which makes the entry/sitting area of the room more pleasant. I chose not Ask to move upstairs because it’s also hotter upstairs than downstairs… and the bathroom configuration wasn’t that big a deal to me. The first room was overlooking Calle 60. It was a bit noisy on some nights. I actually preferred my smaller room to the bigger suite. Something about it just felt nicer. It needed more comfy dining chairs for the little tea table though. The second room I stayed in was a suite with two double beds. (I am not posting pics of that one because there are too many personal items in the pics I have of that room). It was the corner suite facing both Calle 60 and overlooking the park in front of the hotel. IT WAS NOISY. The second room had more light, More room, and a much better bathroom configuration (toilet and shower inside, sink outside the bathroom). It also had a couch and lounging Chair as well as much better (and much older) furniture. By “better” I mean beautifully worked, with more storage space/specialized storage. However, the floor in the second room (the suite) was really badly damaged over by the bathroom. So from the door the room looks pretty much perfect. Over by the bathroom it looks run down. And that’s just how this place is. That’s why I say it’s like staying in someone’s grandma’s house. Beautiful, comfy, clean, but it’s clearly been used. There are rooms that have newer furniture, but understand that this is an old hotel. ITS GORGEOUS but if you expect everything to be new looking, then don’t stay here. I think they are renovating, but I’m not sure. I hope that they keep the furniture and just have if restored as best as possible. They should also restore the broken tiles. IMO restoration of the tiles and professionally filling nicks in wood would do wonders for these rooms. If I were to give this place a review just based on the look of it I would give it a 4. 3 for the condition and 5 for the beauty and ambience. I am giving it a 5 for three reasons: 1. It’s just gorgeous, 2. It felt like was staying in someone’s home… very peaceful… inviting… comfortable and 3. The staff. Come to think about it, they probably are the reason the place felt so comfortable. They seemed efficient and were pleasant, helpful people. Se ocuparon dos habitaciones dobles por 6 noches, una en el primer piso y otra en el 6° piso. la del primer piso tuvo un servicio de limpieza normal , aunque tuvimos que solicitar papel sanitario en el 4° dia, al inicio del dia cuando se encendia el aire acondicionado este tenia fuga de agua encharcando la entrada a la habitación lo cual se reportaba, atendiendo el inconveniente. En la habitacion del 6° piso se reporte la falta de limpieza de la habitación sobre todo del baño, se observo que solo se tendían las camas, uno de los dias estnado en la habitación llego el servicio de limpieza y se espero fuera de la habitación y en 3 minutos la mucama salió declarando que ya estaba lista, al ingresar se reviso la habitación advirtiendo lo comentado. Se comento en recepción de lo cual no se hizo mayor comentario. Espero que lo comentado sea atendido para fortalecer las áreas de oportunidad con el fin de que el servicio no decaiga en beneficio del hotel y de los clientes. Saludos

Enjoyed the three-night stay. The room was modern, good sized and very clean. The inhouse restaurant was convenient where the breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and offered a good variety of choices. Great location with several choices of eating spots within walking distance. Rooftop pool was very nice, surrounded with seating to enjoy the view. Staff was very friendly; check-in and check-out was a breeze. Free underground parking was a plus. Highly recommend.

Very mixed feelings about this hotel. First, though a bit disorganized, the desk clerk was very nice and helpful. After a bit of a search, he assigned me a room almost adjancent to the front desk. Upon seeing the room, I was a bit surprised. The decor was ancient and the room tiny. But as soon as I closed the door, I found I could hear everything from the front desk and lobby. So back to the front desk. The clerk had no problem with my request but seemed to require much research finding a room. Finally, he told me he found a large room with king bed. Only one problem, no hot water. I accepted knowing in Merida the water is almost always warm. A huge room with very high ceiling and very comfortable king bed. TV channel selection very good and strong WIFI . While everything is very dated, the room was well maintained and very clean. Very friendly cleaning staff. I recommend for a quick stay in the center of Merida..
