我們入住了豪華房,真是一次可怕的住宿。首先,豪華房大樓是離酒店最遠的建築,當我們到達房間時,從陽台看到的景色是建築工地和停車場。我們的房間有一股特別濃烈的醋味,我們要求搬房間。我們被告知每個豪華房間都賣完了,第二天就可以搬房間了。第二天來了,我們沒有接到酒店的消息。每次打給客人服務的電話至少要花3-5分鐘,直到有人接電話或回電話。我們還打開了回酒店房間,打掃的時候好像客房部並沒有真正關上我們的門。我們昨晚的A/C好像不行了,我們給客人服務打電話,我跟的女士告訴我整個酒店都關機了當被問到爲什麼或者什麼時候會打開它時,她突然打斷我說我要把你轉到前台。我在電話上等了至少2分鐘,然後前台有人接我的電話,他告訴我有人會來檢查我們的空調。我們喜歡住在不同國家的不同的酒店,與其他酒店沒有任何問題。然而,馬拉喀什,我們在莫文皮克的住宿非常不愉快,工作人員似乎一點也不在乎。這是一次非常糟糕的經歷,希望酒店管理層能爲其他人帶來更好的體驗和改進。

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Les enfants ont pu en profiter pleinement. Merci à Sarah, Najib et Fatiha Merci à Said du colombus Merci à Oussama de l’animation Et sans oublier Mourad, Abdelatif et Ayoub toujours aux petits soins Nous reviendrons c’est sur !

We stayed at hotel chems from the 31st of December for six consecutive days for the new year. This was my second time in Marrakech but my mum's first time. The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. The hotel itself is a little outdated, however it is very clean. Staff are very good, welcoming and attentive, room sizes good and price good. Bedrooms made up everyday, towels changed, cleaned throughout. Pool towels available for free at pool. We stopped between December and January, that is a very good size pool approximately 25 m. However it is very cold but still accessible plenty of seating areas for drinks and snacks. There are plenty of sun lounges around the poolside as well as in the grass area. Breakfast is served daily which is included within the cost and there was ample choice a selection of eggs, Cereals, yogurts a little fruit, many pastries, etc. The hotel also has a snack bar and does offer evening meals. We did not take any evening meals here. We did have snacks during the day. Things like salads, pizzas, burgers, etc. The food was good. As the hotel was very close to the local area, we were able to walk although it was close to a taxi rank. If you should need this. Within 1 minute walk to Koutobia mosque, then about 5 mins to jem so fnaa square, Cyber park short walk ( nice to visit) near royal mansour Marrakech, Around 40 mins walk is the beautiful menara :) There is also complex artisan is about 10 minutes walk maximum full of things to buy As you come out of the hotel grounds, if you do a left you will find a park on the left hand side ( Koutobia). You can walk straight through this to the main road to take a shorter route to places. There is plenty of opportunities for walking and running. It is very safe to run alone. When we were there the sunrose at about 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. and the mornings were cool. During the daytime, you can expect temperatures of around 18° c in December and January plenty warm enough if you are from England. We had a walking tour that I arranged before we went through TripAdvisor. It was very good. We also booked the waterfalls trip. This was okay. I also took a hot air balloon trip which was amazing. All of these were booked online instead of at the hotel. There was no particular reason not to book at the hotel. I just didn't realise that there was somebody on site to do this before travelling. The reception is manned 24 hours, 7 days a week. On New year's Eve, we was welcomed with a show and dinner from 7:30 p.m. full entertainment and several courses for a meal and drinks. This was all inclusive even though we was on a bed and breakfast basis. We had no idea that this was going to happen. It was a lovely surprise. The entertainment was fun. Most of the ho

This place is not only a clean, peaceful and affordable hostel to stay for a couple of nights, but also has great host and personell. The employees not only meet your wishes and questions at any time of the day, but are also really flexible and friendly to an extend that we have never experienced in any hostel before. 100% recommendable and we would come here any time again!

We recently stayed at Oudaya Hotel my cousin and me, the staff are exceptional, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, the reception staff(houcine) was really helpful providing us with all the information we needed during our stay. The waiters in the restaurant were attentive and friendly (Soukaina, hassan....). While the experience was mostly positive, there were some aspects that left a sour taste like , we witnessed the boss speaking rudely to staff members in front of guests, which was uncomfortable. Overall i would recommend Oudaya Hotel for its wonderful staff, and comfortable stay! Fatima & Aisha

We are at the Sofitel now and having a wonderful time already! We arrived yesterday to a beautiful room that the team arranged based on room preferences we provided in advance; and the room is gorgeous. We booked the pool/ atlas view suite and very happy we didn’t choose the lower category room as our room is spacious, quiet and comfortable! The staff around the hotel is all smiling and friendly, but I would especially like to mention Hamza kina at the pool who we really appreciate his hospitality and going above and beyond to make guests happy. Manager Ali as well, and manager Sophia who I communicated with in advance. Beautiful property, safe, comfortable and great location. Highly recommend!

The location is second to none within a few minutes walk to the square and also many other local attractions. On arrival we were told that we needed to check in from 3:00 p.m. we'd got there early but were able to drop off our bags and then go out exploring. We booked for a 3 night stay for 3 people but had to manage a room for 2, for the first 2 nights. No apologies whatsoever from the hotel nor a compensation. The 2 rooms we stayed in during our stay were both badly lit; make up for nights out was a huddle cos the room was quite dark. A great highlight however is the amazing location and fresh flowers in the lobby that oozed amazing scents.

Returned again to Qodwa. Superb authentic very pleasant Riad. Staff friendly and menu good. Now has two pools in beautiful gardens with plenty of peacocks roaming. I have read some poor reviews but Riads are not EU hotels. It’s clear some uneducated travellers expect too much especially for the price offered. A great place

We looked at so many options of riads for our stay in Imlil and I am so glad that we chose this one! Incredible hospitality and the staff goes above and beyond. The views from the terraces are incredible. The included breakfast is very good. They allowed us to leave our bags here when we did our overnight of Toubkal and even let us do our laundry before we left. It’s a great location with an easy 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, etc. I honestly can’t say enough about how helpful and amazing the staff are. Highly recommend staying here while in Imlil!

早點還好，在摩洛哥住酒店早點基本是千篇一律的，中間出了小插曲，我們在下樓吃早點的功夫服務員以為我們退房了，直接把房間裏的東西都給清走了，還好及時都找了回來，別的都還好

Hotel is in a great location directly opposite the beach in Essouera. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Balconies had a glass front and so gave uninterrupted views of the beach and out to sea. Breakfast wasn't particularly good. We ate out for dinner and there are many good options not far away.

This was the 11th Riad that we had stayed at in Morocco, and unfortunately it was a disappointment from start to finish. We arrived, didn’t even see the receptionist who was hidden behind a glass screen. At every other Riad, we’d been warmly greeted by the staff with mint tea and often biscuits. This was a totally different experience - no tea, no warm welcome, no interest, they didn’t show us around at all, and we only knew there was a roof terrace from other reviews!. Our room (on the 2nd floor when Riad almost empty - why?), was very small, no ac, no hairdryer (they did provide one when asked), no toiletries, no water - these were at all the other Riads. Breakfast was fine, as was the dinner we had one night, but total disengagement of the staff, hardly a word. The Riad is in the medina, and you need a cart to take your luggage. The “busboy” carried our suitcases upstairs (not our fault 2nd floor) and was as miserable as sin. Having read the other reviews, our comments are not the first in this vein, and we wonder why the Riad hasn’t made some changes - go out in the street, we met 2 lovely young men working in the cafe opposite and the stall next door who’d knock spots off their staff!!
