Thanks for being a non smoking hotel, which was followed up by signs and initialing the check in paper to acknowledge the fact. This is the standard all hotels should follow. Parking is very safe and secure, easy access to interstate and lots of restaurants nearby The room was perfect, microwave, mini fridge and a kcup coffee maker. Hotel staff friendly and always willing to assist.

這個酒店物有所值，乾淨、寬敞、房間布局合理，還有大冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐，停車場大，下次來奧本一定還住這裏。推薦！

酒店距離機場很近，好像是有班車前往機場跟酒店之間。房間很乾凈，工作人員服務很好，早餐也還不錯，酒店裡麪有健身房跟游泳池，很不錯，唯一的不足就是浴室有點舊。

是一個很棒的住宿地方房間變冷了。唯一的問題是早餐選擇不好。但是華夫餅屋就在隔壁。

我們在城裏參加岳母的葬禮,選擇住在萬豪酒店。我經常出差,希望這個位置符合通常的標準。不幸的是,它沒有,我很感激我們只在那裏住了一晚。入住很有意思,因爲疲憊的工作人員似乎沒有足夠的訓練來處理計算機系統,或者對客人(不僅僅是我們,而是我目睹的其他遭遇)表示熱烈的歡迎。當然外面很熱,但我們的房間又悶又潮溼。這個老化設施的空調幾乎沒有發出任何涼爽的空氣,它的位置是通風口無法充分通風房間。打電話給前台,被告知會有人上來看看能做什麼,但沒有人來,我和老公睡不好,因爲我們太不舒服了,第二天早上下去結賬時前台無人看管。我把鑰匙放在指定的地方,但真的想給他們一些反饋,所以我等了足夠長的時間才知道工作人員不存在或其他地方。我覺得我們的負面經歷反映了管理,因爲他們的工作是經營一家功能正常的酒店。我不能責怪沒有經驗的工作人員。積極的方面,房間很乾淨,浴室裏有很多毛巾。

位置在主幹道，非常不錯呢

Our second stay here. The last time, we had problems at check-in and had to wait for our room, despite checking in online well ahead or arrival. Excuse at that time was that they didn't anticipate so many bookings on New Year's Eve. We didn't understand that, as that is a special evening where a lot of people go out to celebrate and reserve a hotel room. Especially in an area where this Element is located (tourist location, lots of restaurants, a place where people go for special occasions, etc.). We thought that maybe that experience could be chalked up to low staffing and the holiday, so we decided to book again. The check-in experience was MUCH WORSE than last time ! As before, we checked in online 2 days ahead of time. We actually arrived one hour later than our scheduled arrival time. Our room was STILL not ready, along with those of a lot of other disgruntled customers still waiting in the lobby. Excuses from front desk personnel were inconsistent, with some saying that the hotel was ”overbooked” (you have a set number of rooms - how can that be ?) Some customers waited over an hour. After waiting almost 45 minutes, I had to call Bonvoy Customer Service to get any resolution, and only then were we quickly told that a room was ready. The room could've been cleaner and the food offerings at the hotel could've been better, but we could've overlooked some of that, had we not had to endure such mis-management of the check-in process. This hotel is in a great location, and holds such [promise. But, we are not eager to return, unless these management issues are resolved.

Used to love Hamptons, but they are terrible now. Stayed here in January. Housekeeping continuously knocked on my door early in the morning, ignoring the Do Not Disturb sign. After a little while, they just barged right in while I was trying to sleep. Tried to give this place another chance in June. Arrived late at night, booked the King Suite. There’s no bedding for the sofa bed in the room. Even though I had called ahead of time to let them know about needing the sofa bed. Called front desk to get bedding, no one picks up, tried calling from an outside line, no one picks up. Tried hitting the “house keeping” button on the phone, no one picks up. 10 minutes later, someone finally picked up! They said they couldn’t bring my bedding to me, bc they were watching the front desk! There was feces stains on the toilet, I asked to switch rooms. New room was next to banquet hall which had a party going on, so after trying to relax for a whole day, realized this place was just a mess and I checked without spending my planned 2nd night here. Front desk was like, okay, couldn’t care less. Will go find another hotel that doesn’t have beds as hard as rocks.

We stayed here for one night, passing through on our USA tour. We really loved the place. Reception employee was very friendly at check-inn. They provided us with a litte gift bag (water and mints). Parking place are plenty and free. Location is not very central, but a 20-30 minute walk to downtown. You have to cross a big road, but do-able. Our room was very spacious, there is a room divider which separates the bed from the coach and desk. Coach can be opened to a spare bed. The bathroom is modern, toilet is a separate space. Small minor is the shower was leaking water, we mentioned it at check-out. Breakfast was nice, not too excessive. Overal; nice stay and we can recommend it. Enjoy your stay.

酒店服務很好

第一次在Homewood出差,住在這家Courtyard,位置方便,就在醫院,街對面的購物中心和企業公園。它在一個不錯的區域,周圍到處都是山丘和樹木。佈局不同於典型的酒店或庭院,因爲它有一個院子,中間的游泳池是室外的。在陽台或庭院門外,在地面上放鬆時間是很好的。房間相當簡約/樸素。也不大。在加號-有一個站立的淋浴。房間確實提供了良好的睡眠。他們有很多堅固的枕頭,不像很多酒店,你的頭直接穿過枕頭到牀墊上。暖通空調控制允許白天/晚上保持穩定的溫度。即使隔壁房間的客人不允許,我也能聽到一些相鄰的噪音,即使隔壁房間的客人不允許。房間裏也沒有一瓶水,這似乎是今天的萬怡方式。健身房很小-有點失望。沒有運動自行車,只有幾台機器或車站。我確實希望在該地區1-2X一年,我會滿意再次入住這個萬怡。

我們在南行時意外地在這裏停留了一夜。(我們需要驅散駕駛)。我對COVID猶豫不決,但是這個地方絕對完美,即使按照我有時不現實的標準。我接觸的每一位工作人員都很友善和樂於助人。他們在這裏做事情,我將來會毫不猶豫地留下。

乾淨,更新(白色油漆,新傢俱,新牀,大量電源插座),裝飾精美。室外游泳池很受孩子們的歡迎。位於沃爾瑪幾分鐘路程和食物選擇。免費早餐還可以。我們提前辦理了入住手續。沒有被承認爲雷迪森獎勵會員,所以沒有好處。但除此之外,這是一個堅實但不值得紀念的選擇(這可能是件好事)。

I cannot express how pleased we were with our stay at this beautiful hotel. We only needed a spot to rest between a long drive home (Florida to Indiana) and Huntsville was the middle point. We arrived at nearly 11pm, and were greeted warmly by the front desk. Check-in was a breeze, and every need was assumed, and assumed correctly. The cleanliness of the hotel, the decor, and room space were all equally impressive. When we woke this morning to enjoy the free breakfast, I was shocked by how many great, healthy options were available (especially at the oatmeal bar!) and how clean the space was. I couldn’t have been prepared though for how absolutely amazing the staff was during our whole stay. Although I haven’t had contact just yet with the lovely lady at the front desk, I truly am inspired to be a kinder, happier person just by the light she shines on others!! She made my heart so happy just hearing her interact with guests and staff alike. This has truly been one of the best experiences staying in any hotel for our family, even if it was only a 12-hour stay! Amazing job, keep up the great work!!
