Booked 3 room for a corporate meeting event, lovely staff, friendly and helpful at all positions love love love this, absolutely amazing hotel use them all the time, just need a better deal for corporate meeting events especially when booking over 90 guest

酒店雖然離火車站有點遠，但酒店附近就有多個巴士站，基本上可以遊遍整個城市，附近亦有很多食肆，設施上不單有健身室還有室內泳池，不過消毒仍沿用舊式標準氯氣，味道有點嗆鼻，但這個房價，有以上的設備已經是很難。前台小姐不小心計錯了我的早餐費用，當我翌日和前台另一位小姐講述事件始末，她連聲音道歉，並即時為我辦理退款手續。值得一讚，唯一美中不足就是洗手間有蚊。自助早餐食物豐富。整體經驗是令人滿意。

這家酒店的員工非常熱情。出色的服務和友好的全方位。我認爲,有幾個員工應該得到他們的以上和服務的認可,讓客人感到更受歡迎。Ella、Sarah、Vaz和Charmaine。對他們來說,沒有什麼是太麻煩了。即使是酒吧工作人員也必須包括“史蒂夫”很高興給您一個愉快的住宿。我肯定會向任何人推薦這家酒店哦!順便說一句。這家酒店的食物標準質量非常好。贈送的早餐和菜單很漂亮。24/7。做得好。

住了兩晚。建築比較老了，房間設施最多相當於國內全季的水平。衛生條件差，馬桶很臟，且洗臉台盆堵住了不能下水，晚上9點工作人員下班了沒人來修，被迫對着浴缸洗臉刷牙…… 早餐還行，外麪是一片湖，風景優美。

We have just stayed at the Crazy Bear for the last 2 nights. Firstly, the food was absolutely amazing. The English restaurant was lovely, however the Thai food was incredible. The only thing that let down the English restaurant was the service due to the poor waitress who was working on her own to wait on nearly a full restaurant. To pay £200 for 2 people with poor service isn’t acceptable. However the Thai has plenty of staff and the service was great. Well worth the money! The same then followed on our first morning while having breakfast. We were sat down for over 30 minutes before even being asked if we wanted a drink, let alone our order. Our tea finally came but without mugs, when we asked for those we then realised we didn’t have spoons. But again, I don’t blame the waitress because she was on her own serving a nearly full restaurant. We then had our Thai massage. We signed our consent forms and gave them back to the ladies in reception and they just walked off. We didn’t know whether we were waiting or whether we were meant to follow them as we didn’t know where we were going. Once the ladies got to the other end of the bar, one looked back and very rudely threw her arms in the air at us. There was no ‘hello’, ‘how are you?’ Etc. and when paying nearly £90 for a barely average massage, surely a hello can't go a miss. To stay at the Crazy Bear isn’t cheap, but when you’re getting great service you don’t mind paying the price. However I wouldn't say the service matched the price at all.

我想說,莊園和設施都很可愛。我們的住宿是由卡拉收到的一流,友好和專業的服務,與她熟練的混合雞尾酒特別特別!卡拉讓我們的住宿難忘,沒有什麼是太多要求。圖書館裏的雞尾酒是必須的,特別是當週圍有這麼多歷史的時候。對卡拉和酒店團隊的榮譽,我們會回來的!!

This is a stunning hotel with a superb restaurant. All staff members appear committed to making a pleasant stay for their customers. We ate in Harry’s bar both evenings and enjoyed wonderful food and excellent service. The first evening they were extremely busy but managed the evening to perfection. Check in by Priya was probably our most welcoming experience ever and nothing was too much trouble for this delightful lady. Many, many thanks and we hope to return.

TWO ROOMS SIX NIGHTS 101 103 105 just don't say in them if you have any plans to sleep. The main door to the reception is under them and sounds like distant thunder ever time thy open and close. We got moved the next day to 111 and 117 problem solved apart from the TV not working in 111 and flashing toilet light, the loose shower head that drowns you, and the staining on the quilt cover also in 111. As before with the noise issue I could not move doom a they were full. I fixed the TV myself as it turned out to be just the ariel lead in the back of the TV + rescan of the channels. No offer of any reduction to my bill though. DON'T PARK AT THE END OF THE BUILDING AS VANS ARE TARGETED THERE. ONE NEW TRANSIT HAD THE WHOLE DRIVERS DOOR LOCK RIPPED OUT UNLOCKING THE WHOLE VAN.
