I had a very comfortable stay at Haarhuis; I extended one night, and would have stayed a third had the hotel not been fully booked. Check-in and also enquiries at front-desk were dealt with in a friendly and efficient way. A busy hotel when I visited - not at all surprising! - but room was quiet and restful, exactly what I needed. In what was a very hot period of weather, I appreciated the airconditioning, though it took a long while to cool the room. TV did not include BBC channels. For guests who desire a solid, firm mattress, be aware that the bed had a kind of soft mattress topper. Comments refer to Room 001. Great service. Super location for me, opposite the central train station.

飯店緊鄰火車站，交通便利。很容易找到，而且離奈梅亨市中心也很近（步行即可到達）。入住手續辦理非常有效率且順利。房間整潔，我喜歡飯店的書桌，如果需要的話，非常適合工作或學習。氣氛非常好，員工也很友善。

房間大小適中，價格合理。雖然我們沒有在酒店用餐（因為我們去看了音樂會，結束時間比晚餐時間晚得多），但酒店提供晚餐選擇。 床和枕頭都很舒適，浴室裡有一個寬敞的步入式淋浴間（行動不便的客人也能輕鬆使用）。 雖然其他客人反映裝修工程存在一些問題，但我們很幸運，並沒有受到影響。飯店似乎已經注意到先前評論中提到的裝修陳舊問題——我們親身感受到飯店正在進行一些重要的改進。 員工熱情友善。 非常期待有機會再次入住，探索週邊地區。

前台工作人員彬彬有禮,專業。九樓角落房間視野很棒。開放式浴室有點奇怪,廁所極小。與其他van der Valk物業相比,這家排名比其他的低很多。互聯網非常慢,電視台選擇很少,沒有流媒體服務等。

位置優越,設施乾淨。我們預訂了一間有2張單人牀的房間,但收到了一張雙人牀。當被問及此事時,反應是所有單人牀的房間都被預訂出去了。

It is a good hotel with friendly staff. Location is not in city center but not very far away

新開的酒店，據説是一間女校改成的，房型分兩種一種是中規中矩的大房間，房間相對別的賓館較大，就是有點暗；另一種層高較高是loft，床在二層。周邊是住宅區，離火車站如果拖行李過去還是有點遠，這點有點尷尬，早餐中規中矩，其他都不錯。

Op onze kamer was de verwarming niet goed en de wc bril zat heel erg los. Toen wij dit aangaven werd er goed actie ondernomen. Dit was gewoon goed. De bediening was ook netjes en vriendelijk. Het diner in het restaurant daarentegen was zeker niet goed. Basis gerechten waren al behoorlijk aan de prijs moet je groente en aardappelen of patat bij bestellen. Dan wordt het erg prijzig. De porties waren erg klein en gedeeltelijk niet op temperatuur. Echt een afknapper. Hotel dus goed, restaurant qua eten niet best.
