I stayed here for two nights during the World Cup weekend and paid about $366. Unfortunately, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price. When we arrived, the room key cards weren’t working, so hotel staff had to escort us upstairs and manually let us into our room after we had already carried all of our luggage. That was a frustrating way to start our stay. The elevators were also malfunctioning. Each time we needed to use one, we had to call the front desk so an employee could operate it remotely. Having both the key card system and the elevators not functioning properly is a major inconvenience, especially for a hotel charging premium rates during a busy event. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled. I asked whether the hotel would consider some form of compensation for the significant inconvenience. Instead of showing any empathy or offering a solution, I was essentially told that if I wanted my money back, I could leave. As someone who had driven 16 hours from out of town, that wasn’t a realistic option. I later contacted Trip.com to express my concerns, and the overall experience left me feeling that customer service was lacking when guests raised legitimate issues. The room itself was acceptable, but the combination of the broken key card system, unreliable elevators, and dismissive customer service made this a disappointing stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

在老城區中心非常不錯的住宿。在麥康奈爾駐紮時,我在威奇塔住了6年,但這是我第一次住在這裏。非常好的工作人員,雷斯脫給我辦理入住,Alejandra是一個很酷的酒吧招待。房間不錯,酒店很漂亮。我唯一的小抱怨是浴室已經空了,但我只是用手拍代替了。價格對位置來說並不可怕。8.5/10

孩子們很興奮去游泳。他們跳進去後持續了大約3秒!太冷了!無論如何,牀都硬得離譜。薄的頂毯,但這沒關係,因爲空調一直關閉。我們都沒有睡好。  不管怎麼樣,我9歲的時候居然說我們繼續開車,他寧願睡在車裏,這就是他是多麼不舒服......🤷♀️

這是FAR THE COOOOOOLEST POOL,我從來沒有見過!!!除了我在拉斯維加斯....,但即使這樣,它踢出所有拉斯維加斯游泳池的屁股,但有幾個!!!很乾淨,他們有一個酒吧,有歡樂時光和2張免費飲料票和有史以來最好的早餐!!!有人實際上爲您提供早餐!!!價格與其他地方一樣,如果不是便宜!!!5星大時間!!!
