Michell and her fellow worker were just excellent in the restaurant. Could not have been nicer

We had a huge party of family members staying at this hotel. We are thankful that they listened to us by letting our rooms stay on the same level and right next to each other. However, when it was first night there, we were in the hot tub and the staff was closing down. He was extremely rude asking us to leave since the pool was closing down. We ladies wanted to go to the bar and it was only 10:20, and per the website it says it closes at 11 pm. The waitress had told us they were closed and their was a couple still sitting at the bar or resturant. She couldn't tell us why they were closing early, she just said they are closed. It was a disappoint. Our queen size beds seemed like it was more of a full size. Lastly, we asked for room service and returned and one room did not get room service. A family member had forgotten their lunch bag and when I went to claim it. It was missing hee tubberware. Overall, the hotel is beautiful but not all staff are friendly.

Room smelt like sewer, room service was horrible, would never answer front desk

My stay was almost perfect. I’m elderly and not having a bellman wasn’t good. Then to find out there was no longer valet parking was inconvenient. Luckily it wasn’t too cold.

Long lines for coffee in the morning. Had a not-friendly experience with one of the staff members at check-in. Really pushing the rewards program on me.

Rooms were nice, and the conference facility had GREAT service, and great food!

The check in process was a little complicated but the lady helping was so nice and helpful and was able to figure everything out. We were switched to this hotel due to original booking at another hotel the air conditioning went out. Thankfully our room was clean this time unlike last. My only “complaint” is all the extra fees on top of your regular stay. You’re paying a higher rate to stay here compared to others in the area but then having to pay to park for your stay. Being charged extra for our children and then being charged for them again to have breakfast. We travel a lot as a family due to sporting events and have had many hotel stays but we’ve never had to pay extra for what comes with all of our other stays.

Liked that they have FREE parking right adjacent to facilities, will REALLY be a factor for future visits!!
