I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share a detailed review of my experience, both the good and the not-so-great aspects. Let’s start with the positives: the breakfast was excellent. It was honestly one of the highlights of my stay. A good selection of food, fresh ingredients, and attentive staff made the morning meal a very pleasant experience. Whether you're into local flavors or prefer something more continental, there seemed to be options for everyone. Coffee was hot, pastries were fresh, and the seating area was clean and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. There was a noticeable smell throughout the room that didn’t go away even after airing it out for some time. It wasn't overpowering, but definitely enough to make the space feel less clean and comfortable than it should have been. The biggest issue, however, was the carpet getting wet. It seemed like water was leaking from either the bathroom or some nearby plumbing, and the moisture had soaked into the carpet near the entrance of the room. Walking over damp carpet isn't exactly pleasant, and it raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance. It also made the room feel more humid and stuffy. Housekeeping did a decent job with daily cleaning, but the smell and wet carpet are issues that likely go beyond surface-level cleaning—they need proper maintenance or repair. Overall, I think this hotel has potential. The staff were friendly, and again, the breakfast was genuinely great. But some basic upkeep and attention to room conditions are really needed to bring the guest experience up to standard. With a bit more focus on maintenance and cleanliness, this place could easily become a solid choice for travelers. Would I stay again? Maybe—but only if I knew the room conditions had improved.

入住手續辦理得很順利，工作人員很友好，給人留下了非常好的第一印象。我們的房間在8樓，面向吉蘭丹河，相當寬敞。不過飯店有點老了，舊地毯剛進去的時候有股淡淡的潮濕味道。還好，開了一會兒冷氣之後，味道就消失了。好的一面是，浴室和浴缸很乾淨，我真的很感激。 我最喜歡的房間之一是那扇巨大的窗戶——如果天氣好的話，你可以看到河上美麗的日落。地下停車場很方便，大廳入口附近有許多停車位。從飯店步行即可抵達多個旅遊景點，如博物館和著名的 Siti Khadijah 市場。 唯一真正的缺點是電梯速度太慢，這有點考驗我的耐心。除此之外，對於短期住宿來說一切都很好。如果您造訪哥打巴魯，會考慮再次入住。

工作人員很友好，樂於助人。它有一個舒適的大堂，我們可以在出發去機場之前稍事休息（因為我們是晚上的航班）。房間乾淨整潔，附 2 顆免費咖啡膠囊。我喜歡這個房間的佈局，因為它有一個玻璃隔間。我很高興這家酒店有飲水機，可以根據我們需要的溫度直接分配熱水。地點方面也還不錯，步行即可到達餐飲場所以及 Siti Khadijah 市場（約 1.7 公里）。

總體來說很滿意住在這裏。房間寬敞乾淨。只是一些基本的衛生間用品沒有。考慮位置好到鎮上。如果步行距離的話,沒有什麼可以探索的。

友好的工人。服務相當好。.房間寬敞,但有點舊,但好。位置方便訪問。靠近夜市wcy..juz步行距離..便利店如7e,watson mr.diy...等..

業主對所有詢問都給予了很好的迴應&樂於助人。房子相當不錯。會再次入住👍👍

位置很好,就在鎮上。 乾淨度還可以,但是我的牀單有一些污漬和毛髮。 兩個廁所都堵了,需要維護一下。其他都不錯

進入工作室時,我們在桌子上找到了電話,所以不得不聯繫地方老闆。客廳面積只是一般,所以我們沒有使用那麼多的區域。房間條件不錯,廁所很乾淨,水壓很好。除了熨斗,我們沒有使用任何其他工作室設施。鐵板很舊,狀況不佳。提供停車場,但該地區太暗,水在地板上 - 如果我們單獨離開汽車,可能會嚇人。
