位於富人區，離開景點有些距離，離開機場打車大概人民幣180元，智利物價和上海差不多，礦泉水衹提供第一天的，前台服務還不錯，問她要礦泉水説沒有.但是也客客氣氣的，

這家飯店品質優良，適合在普羅維登西亞區短期住宿，鄰近所有主要景點和購物場所。從較高樓層可以欣賞城市和日落的美景。要注意的是：房間的空調系統位於床邊，睡眠較不舒適。另外，我不建議依賴前台幫您叫出租車——在我們入住的情況下，他們的合作公司在我們航班起飛前一天早上宣布需要等候45分鐘。

近武器廣場，100公尺可以換匯，辦流量卡。附近有餐廳及便利商店。非常便利。早餐OK，晚餐單點套餐也可以體驗⋯⋯

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

不錯的四顆星。 床 - 堅固 淋浴 - 水壓有點弱，但在 11 樓 淋浴 - 充足的熱水 停車 - 免費 工作人員 - 優秀 無線網路 - 有點弱 - 沒有我想要的那麼快 噪音 - 無 漂亮的屋頂游泳池和餐廳/酒吧

同事推薦入住，環境很好，很乾凈 房間有電磁爐，鍋碗瓢盆，可以做飯煮泡麪

在我看來，這家酒店的價格與品質完全不符。每晚150美元，飯店竟然不提供免費飲用水、拖鞋和浴袍；所有盥洗用品都要額外收費。為了住到高層，我等到下午3點才辦理入住，結果看到的景色卻只有隔壁大樓。早餐也很普通。花同樣的錢，完全可以住到樓上更高的飯店，享受同樣的服務和舒適度。這家飯店根本不配五星級！我不推薦。

整體比較舒服 而且服務不錯非常好 走路10 分鐘就是最高樓 吃飯購物非常方便麪 而且酒店出來很多好吃美味得餐廳

設施：挺好的，房間什麼都有，就在沙灘邊上 環境：挺好的，中午有自助餐，味道也很不錯 服務：服務很好的，還幫忙接手了行李箱 周圍餐廳也挺好的，也很多，有中餐，有快餐，還有很有特色的本地餐
