盧薩卡 有停車場的飯店

預訂前沒有意識到這是一家中國經營的酒店,我想象中的目標是接待當地的中國員工。所有電視頻道都是中文,早餐是中餐,咖啡機說明是中文。然而,工作人員都是贊比亞人,非常樂於助人。據說是一家禁菸酒店,但它在我們的走廊裏聞到強烈的香菸味。浴室一直聞起來像“溼狗”。酒店內沒有設施,但幸運的是隔壁有一個很棒的酒吧和餐廳。

The reception was amazing and I loved the food. However I feel the hotel should invest more in their recreational facilities for example the hotel does not have a spa.The room itself was nice and the bathroom clean though not spacious as I expected.The dining area is very clean as well and I loved it.

我通常在度假村玩得很開心,住了幾次,這次從一開始,就有幾個事情: 我問前台,因爲我們要早點去,提前5點半給孩子們吃早餐盒。 晚上我們到餐廳時,需要一段時間才能供應。 當我們讓孩子們洗澡時,沒有毛巾,當我們打電話時,花了一段時間。 我們還打電話要求正常牛奶,因爲我的孩子不能有克羅莫拉,他們說他們會帶,但從來沒有。 然後我們的出租車司機讓我們失望,所以我打電話給前台,預訂了早上的機場班車,她說她會回電,但從來沒有。最後,我回電後,他們帶着結果回到了我。雖然沒有告訴我價格。 我們5點半退房的時候,他們沒有早餐盒,告訴我們我們的出租車是每人K400! 總而言之,不是一個偉大的。

I had a great stay! The host was very kind and even offered complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. The host made breakfast himself and was delicious and a lovely touch. Overall, everything was comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

非常不錯的，中國人來的，服務很不錯，飯食很不錯，是一家值得推薦的酒店。

除了房間裏的,一切都很好。

The hot water was lukewarm most of the stay. Of the 4 nights there breakfast was good on two days the other two were pretty average. The rooms weren’t too clean bathroom stains/ headboard stains/ shower soap stains

我預訂了一間雙牀房,但是我收到了與我預訂時的照片不同的房間。 牀旁邊或周圍沒有插座,所以只能使用衛生間入口的一個插座,雖然有空調、冰箱,但是沒有啓動 所以雖然很熱,但是要在遠處的插座上開電風扇。 然後 我期待它包括早餐和客房服務。 9點提供的早餐是黑茶,果醬或黃油,乾麪包裏有一塊煎餅。ㅋㅋ
