酒店從火車站走路至少十分鐘吧 除非你知道路不用看谷歌地圖還沒拿行李 總體推薦入住 1）房間乾淨整潔設施算齊全（不過沒有燒水壺沒有速溶咖啡三合一，衹有給紙杯）其他都有 2）如果你預算是1500人民幣內想要近火車站，這家應該是最合適的選擇

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that despite booking a twin room (I was traveling with my mother) that no such rooms were available. The receptionist was very curt and really did not seem to care whatsoever - a very ”not my problem” attitude. While serving us he was extremely rude to another guest who tried to check in who had realized that we were first in line. Overall, it was certainly not a welcoming experience. Later that day, I received an email from Expedia asking about our check in experience and I submitted my honest feedback. Later that evening, I received a call from the receptionist asking about our stay because ”I read many things” meaning he had read my check in review. It was an extremely unprofessional, threatening and passive aggressive act of intimidation that only served to encourage me to write this review and post it on as many websites as possible. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I would never stay in any hotel by Fassbind (the parent company) if this is the sort of staff they hire and train. In addition to our very poor staff experience, the hotel overall (though in a great location with nicely designed rooms) is very small and cramped (as are the rooms). The lobby is also the breakfast room and you can barely move around or get your items out of the elevator. The bathroom shower drain is directly in the bathroom floor and water gets everywhere. The AC us extremely weak even though we had it full blast. And other than the germ pot chocolate fountain in the lobby (which was never covered during our stay) there was not a single chocolate offered at checkin, checkout or awaiting us in the room - really quite laughable due to the name of this hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

我一生中從未如此失望過。今天是聖誕夜,也是我們在蘇黎世五點入住的日期。當我們到達時,沒有人幫助我們搬運行李或代客車。於是我們開車離開大樓前,繼續在公共停車場停車。我們帶着三個托運行李,我們繼續上山,一直到大堂,爲服務員終於幫我們拿行李,當我說幫助時,我裝上了拖車,開始推它,他有點來拿了我已經在大樓和前台後。入住後,我們繼續到我們的房間,經過漫長的一天旅行後,我去洗澡,注意到淋浴沒有排水,浴室被洪水淹沒。所以我們打電話,他們說他們派人上去。大約45分鐘後,三個電話終於有人來了。他們弄亂了排水溝15分鐘後,告訴我們我們需要一個新的房間。所以現在我們必須等待有人來,按照他們的要求把我們帶到我們的新房間。他們告訴我們他們已經退房了房間/浴室,一切都很好。不是的,這次淋浴噴頭在天花板上噴水,當然現在他們必須把我們搬到一個新的房間。這一切花了大約3個小時,完全浪費了我們的夜晚和聖誕夜,我希望畢竟他們至少會給我們買一頓晚餐,或者把我們放在更好的房間裏,但什麼也沒有,甚至沒有從前台道歉,在聖誕夜這個可怕的不便。他們終於給我們的房間甚至沒有護髮素或吹風機的出口,讓我未婚夫終於在3樓的同一間房間裏淋浴。

Hostel é bom, amplo e espaçoso. Staff cordial. Fiquei em um quarto singre com banheiro privativo. Café da manhã simples, mas gostoso. Basicamente pão. Fica um pouco afastado do centro, mas é OK! Pra quem quer economizar é uma excelente opção!

房屋空間大，廚房用具齊齊，很方便，就是沒有空調和窗戶無法打開，夏天比較悶熱

設施：萬豪沒的話説，設施齊全， 衞生：衞生條件做的很好。很喜歡。 環境：周圍環境很美，環境非常優美。 服務：服務很好，熱情洋溢。。

靠近Zurich火車總站，到老城區也很近，地理位置很好👍，酒店相關設施很不錯，很好的視野，很温馨的服務，早餐相對簡單一點，但是有很好吃的火腿，也可以另外點。特別要感謝一下前台的小哥哥，由於是晚上的飛機飛香港需要十幾個小時，一直擔心沒有辦法在登機之前洗澡，下午回去取行李的時候儘管已經退房了，還是安排個一個有沖涼的洗手間，還提供了免費的毛巾，點大大的贊！

整體感覺不錯，算是中國的快捷酒店的形式，但會幹凈很多。

要説實話 我是攜程會員 最近攜程表現不好👎有殺熟的感覺。通過你們定飛機票聯票，在國外最後一趟航班行李託運需要單付費，每人需要交100多歐元才可辦登機牌。在酒店方面，2022年9月在維也納通過你們定的一家四星酒店 設施房型和宣傳嚴重不符，要求退房費多大勁你們知道，在國外語言溝通費勁，通過你們把心情弄的一團遭，這次下載一個新軟件，對比才發現攜程比人家貴了好多。除了失望還是失望。真心你們把生意做好，別傷害老會員的感情。耗子尾汁吧！

可能是雅高連鎖酒店中唯一最糟糕的酒店。他們宣傳自己的房間是空調,但不是。他們的房間裏有一個空調面板和一個通風口,但他們不工作,很可能是中央關閉的。當你問他們給你跑來跑去時,“它起作用了” “城市禁止酒店空調” “換個房間”但是沒有,它根本行不通。現在,這不是秋天,春天等的大問題,而是夏天的熱浪(33C),當一個房間是25-26C時,要求它條件爲生態友好型22C不應該是一個酒店本身4*的問題。但這是問題。這是3*物業,收費4*價格。公寓也很小,略高於宜必思的房間。但這是蘇黎世。我認爲雅高應該將此等級重新歸類爲3*價格,以減少投訴。這家酒店畢竟和宜必思(它是一樣的建築)一樣,唯一的區別是“公寓”有一張桌子和一個小廚房
