酒店從火車站走路至少十分鐘吧 除非你知道路不用看谷歌地圖還沒拿行李 總體推薦入住 1）房間乾淨整潔設施算齊全（不過沒有燒水壺沒有速溶咖啡三合一，衹有給紙杯）其他都有 2）如果你預算是1500人民幣內想要近火車站，這家應該是最合適的選擇

I was there for 2 days, from 9 to 11 May, I was there together with my wife. The Hotel is quite good .Admittedly we waited a while to check-in, a lot of guests just arrived , but after that everything was fine, great service at the reception , we were by car ,the lady from the front desk showed us how to get to the parking lot. The room was small but pleasant and clean, breakfast good, staff very good. If Im ever in Zurych definitely come there back.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that despite booking a twin room (I was traveling with my mother) that no such rooms were available. The receptionist was very curt and really did not seem to care whatsoever - a very ”not my problem” attitude. While serving us he was extremely rude to another guest who tried to check in who had realized that we were first in line. Overall, it was certainly not a welcoming experience. Later that day, I received an email from Expedia asking about our check in experience and I submitted my honest feedback. Later that evening, I received a call from the receptionist asking about our stay because ”I read many things” meaning he had read my check in review. It was an extremely unprofessional, threatening and passive aggressive act of intimidation that only served to encourage me to write this review and post it on as many websites as possible. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I would never stay in any hotel by Fassbind (the parent company) if this is the sort of staff they hire and train. In addition to our very poor staff experience, the hotel overall (though in a great location with nicely designed rooms) is very small and cramped (as are the rooms). The lobby is also the breakfast room and you can barely move around or get your items out of the elevator. The bathroom shower drain is directly in the bathroom floor and water gets everywhere. The AC us extremely weak even though we had it full blast. And other than the germ pot chocolate fountain in the lobby (which was never covered during our stay) there was not a single chocolate offered at checkin, checkout or awaiting us in the room - really quite laughable due to the name of this hotel. All in all, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had and DO NOT recommend whatsoever.

要説實話 我是攜程會員 最近攜程表現不好👎有殺熟的感覺。通過你們定飛機票聯票，在國外最後一趟航班行李託運需要單付費，每人需要交100多歐元才可辦登機牌。在酒店方面，2022年9月在維也納通過你們定的一家四星酒店 設施房型和宣傳嚴重不符，要求退房費多大勁你們知道，在國外語言溝通費勁，通過你們把心情弄的一團遭，這次下載一個新軟件，對比才發現攜程比人家貴了好多。除了失望還是失望。真心你們把生意做好，別傷害老會員的感情。耗子尾汁吧！

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom is quite tiny but clean and well maintained. It gets quite hot in the summer, but a mini fan was provided in the room and I greatly appreciate that thoughtfulness. There’s a lift in the hotel, so no need to lug my heavy suitcase up the stairs. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s only about a 5-7 min to walk to the Zurich Selnau train station and Zurich old town, and less than half an hour away from Zurich airport. This hotel offers really great convenience and value for money in the city!

I just had lunch at the restaurant (outside in the formal restaurant, not the beer garden), given that it was a nice day and the place has great views of the lake. I had some chicken with salad; the chicken was bland and the skin was not crispy, the salad was absolutely basic and lacked anything special other than one sad looking slice of melon. And the price of this 'culinary delight' was over CHF 60. But even that would have been okay, had it not been for a hundreds of blue bottle flies that created a most disgusting atmosphere and made it impossible for me to eat. Surely the hotel must be familiar with some measures against insects. Absolutely repulsive!

The hotel is wonderful in many aspects. The interesting thing is that it is located in Walliselen, just right next to Glatt Zentrum shopping department store. The hotel offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi access throughout the property. The Internet speed is fast. With the modern electric tram, not only the bus, brings me to reach the city center of Zurich and the Main Train Station in short time. In the room, it provides a flat-screen cable TV, a desk, and a bathroom with shower. At lobby area, I noticed that guests can also enjoy the food corner. There is a vending machines there. When need anything, the 24-hour front reception always is there. Very helpful staffs. I also would like to mention the General manager, Mr. Frank Trapa. He is very friendly.
