I purposely picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool but after checking in, I saw there was a sign that said the pool was closed. It was slightly disappointing. The staff was friendly though and the included breakfast had good options. The room wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst.

There was a line 4 people deep requesting different rooms when I arrived. When I got into my room I was hit with a giant wall of stale cigarette smoke. I briefly considered asking for a different room before realizing that likely all the rooms were... somewhat flawed. A fine stop for a 7 hr cat nap on my way from NH to FL but the smell was a bit overwhelming and woke me up earlier than planned. 5 hrs of sleep later I'm back on the road if only to avoid that smell LOL. Drive an extra 1 hr south to Richmond and maybe try a hotel there, all the DC area hotels I've stayed in were always... not great.

Quiet, decent hotel. Not super dirty, yet not super clean (would not shower). Breakfast was ok. Toilet was loud and not working well. Gym was subpar but it exits and we used it lol. Staff wasn’t particularly helpful, but weren’t rude. Overall, it was very mediocre.

Ok experience. Friendly staff and comfortable enough. Definitely needs an upgrade. Old chipped furniture and fixtures.

Clean room, comfortable bed, plenty of businesses close by. Complimentary breakfast bar was good. I would stay at this property again!

This hotel was great for the price clean and quite everything was smooth I can't speak about the breakfast I didn't go down for it but it was a nice stay

The hotel was very clean and nicely laid out. Front desk staff were friendly and thecheck in/check out process was very easy.

I’m from the area but have relocated about 100 miles south. I came to visit friends and needed a place close by. Overall, I liked the hotel but some rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was kind enough to change rooms for me.

Update the maintenance and improvements on breakfast. Make sure sinks and tubs drain properly. Hot breakfast was mediocre
