I was given a wrong room, 🥺 was ask to send the proof of reservation 4times and I was not happy about it the payments method is not ok between the hotel and the app 🥺 so it affected me 🥺

Excellent services, excellent hospitality, excellent location and beautiful atmosphere. Just an amazing place to be. Good meals and breakfast. Can give five star. We were also offered excursions. Best staff we liked was Mussa and Jacqueline. Rest were also very good to us.

Bon hôtel d’avec du personnels souriant , accueillant et à votre écoute. Chambre spacieuse ( pour la suite). Mais peut-être mal insonorisé lorsque la chambre donne sur le parking. Sinon l’hôtel dispose d’un bon restaurant avec de la nourriture de qualité.

Great hospitality, good breakfast, bedroom well kept clean, AC working perfect, show heater work perfect, great food services even late hours was available, food and drinks menu very simple, staff ingeneral all where very helpful and engaging.

stunning ocean view and fluffy pillows is all we need for an enjoyable weekend! The hotel is a bit far from town, however, for those wishing to rest after a long day in Stone Town, you will be enjoying the terrace by the pool.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights at Golden Tulip Zanzibar Resort. The room was great, and the service was - actually - some of the best we have experienced. Shout-out to "The Machine" and "The Masaai Boy" for excellent performance of their duties, and to be so hospitable. The location is not ideal, since the shoreline is not only lacking of sand, but also it is filled with very sharp volcanic stone, but this is something that I was prepared for. The distance from Stone Town is also something I knew beforehand. The stay at this hotel was one of my absolute highlights of my trip to Tanzania, and I can only recommend it. The service was really something to remember.

Shxx service shxx staff dirty rooms . I booked a suite and paid for it unfortunately when I came here to check in they sold the rooms I paid for to another customer please make sure you confirm with them whatever room you book before going there and also before check in do check the rooms ac aren’t working

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet hôtel où le cadre est excellent et où le personnel est aux petits soins pour sa clientèle. Nous remercions l’hôtel pour sa convivialité, son sérieux et son accueil.

我住過很多飯店，很喜歡這家飯店的 2 間臥室、2 間浴室的套房。這讓我的四口之家很容易讓我的兄弟加入我們的旅行，而無需預訂第二間套房！這家飯店雖然享有海景，但並不真正適合海洋/海灘，幸運的是，他們有一個游泳池。飯店的餐廳位於 5 樓（上方），用餐時可欣賞美麗的海景。除了沒有出海通道之外，我還會再住在這裡。

Good customer service, nice view beach side, with pool, confort rooms and other amenities, delicious meals. Really good spot for relaxation! Inda, the two jacks, hawa, cast and athuman made our stay memorable!

Visited this nice hotel during Easter. right from.the moment I sent them an email to inquire about accommodation at the hotel, I got a.resposnse from an employee and the manager. They were very helpful. the room I requested for is exactly what we got. They organised a car to pick us up from the ferry. unfortunately our ferry was late but the driver was very courteous. he kept in touch with us even as we were still travelling on the Ocean. we found him waiting patiently. we got to the hotel and the staff were very welcoming . They welcomed us with a nice delicious glass of Juice. The manager Mr Sudhir was on hand to welcome us. we wanted a late lunch. we ordered something that was not on their menu but they went out of their way to provide it and indeed.they provided it with a smile. the meals are tasty. The manager is hands on. He is doing an amazing Job with this hotel. The room.was beautiful and clean and spacious. I would recommend Golden Tulip Resort zanzibar. Yes I would be back
