Bien que l’hôtel et son personnel sont très agréable Le chemin d’accès et assez mal indiqué et de plus très très étroit Il ne faut pas avoir peur de blesser sa voiture

Tralasciando la camera molto piccola come pure il bagno non ho condiviso assolutamente la posizione del televisore sulla destra del letto posta sulla scrivania, puó essere vista solo da chi dorme su quel lato, bagno da rivedere, andrebbe sicuramente ristrutturato , e non voglio dilungarmi ....., molto bella la struttura, ha il suo perchè , colazione buona, penso che basterebbe poco per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole

Rooms we were allocated were dreadful. After complaining we were allocated a slightly better one but the couple we were holidaying with were given an apartment style accommodation but many issues and not comfortable. We couldn’t wait to leave. We didn’t enjoy our time there and apart from one male member of staff the rest were surly and unwelcoming. The member of staff who did at least smile recommended a restaurant in Ravello, which was superb. However he also recommended a boat trip along the Amalfi coast. £500+ and promised we would see Positano, (we did see it from way out to see), have an hour ashore in Amalfi and lunch. We had lunch at an ok beach bar but of course we paid the restaurant additionally for that. The other parts of the itinerary never happened. Just chugged up and back down the coast. As for snacks and drinks, couple of bottles of water, a shot of limoncello and a slice of cold pizza. An absolute rip off and boring. Absolutely not what we were told we would get for our £500.

Amazing grounds to stroll or relax, quiet location with great views, excellent food, great staff with a special shout-out to Francheso, who arranged for us to charter a boat and arranged all our transportation around the area. The hotel interior was also nicely decorated in a unique style from in stark contrast from modern generic hotels. Bonus: gelato stand attached to hotel with amazing employee...Lemonchello to go with that Gelato? No problem!

Hotel is remote and NOWHERE does it mention how unaccessible the hotel is. Super narrow roads and inability to get to the reception by car. you need to park elsewhere and they send you a shuttle. Room was shabby, ancient furnitures and dust. I will never stay there again. We cut our stay short as a result.

Vi havde et fint ophold på hotellet. Men restaurant skuffende en del og alt for lidt at vælge imellem. Vi havde heldigvis lejet en bil så vi kørte i byen og spiste. Et godt hotel med fin udsigt. Men kommer ikke igen.

This is a really nice little place. A boutique hotel renovated several times over the more than 200 years in business. Pool, SPA, bar and restaurant are just a few things that make this place so special!

Charming place in a small village at the top of the hill, almost as a castle. Nice pool and garden. Very narrow street approaching. We tried the local pizzeria down at crossing, this were all the locals meet in the bar, very authentic.

It was our 2nd stop of our trip and it was my favourite stop. A true Italian experience. The mountain stay in a little town in the mountains, was fantastic!! The hotel was wonderful with really nice people at the front desk. Very helpful.

Beautiful hotel located in a stunning mountain area. Rooms are small but very cosy with a beautiful view. Pool was also very nice surrounded by a gorgeous view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also get the foot massage!

A really nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, great views. Very well run by attentive staff. A bit out of the city- narrow approach road- but well worth it. We had a great time.
