檸檬樹烏蘇爾湖飯店 - 班加羅爾的評論

我選擇這家飯店是為了改善我在班加羅爾的住宿體驗。在此之前，我們在工作地點附近的一家小酒店租了四間房。 根據網站上的圖片和評論，我覺得這家旅館正合我意。然而，入住時，我基於評論形成的印象開始崩塌。我們在飯店入口處遇到了機場式的安檢。我們被禁止攜帶個人物品（我們來班加羅爾是為了工作）進入房間（退房時打包行李也遇到了麻煩！）。在辦理入住時，我們特意詢問了晚餐安排，經理解釋了一切，但唯獨沒有告訴我們需要去前台提出要求。我們最初詢問晚餐安排的意思是可以在飯店用餐，但在交談過程中，我們以為問題已經解決了。我們外出用餐後，帳單金額卻是先前告知金額的1.5倍。經理對我們試圖解釋誤會的努力裝作一無所知。對於一家自詡為四星級飯店的飯店來說，經理竟然無法解決一起（部分責任在於他們）的突發事件，這簡直令人難以置信。 更糟的是，電視上什麼都沒有！我們之前住過一家小型無星級飯店，每個房間都配備了智慧電視，而這家飯店只提供一些有線電視節目，而且選擇非常有限。房間很寬敞，如果能進行一些內部裝修就更好了，但感覺像是酒店建造時就保留下來的裝飾。空調基本上還能用，但遙控器已經壞了，很難確定它是否正常運作。窗外的景色還不錯，但髒兮兮的窗戶破壞了整體美感；當我要求清潔窗戶時，經理說窗戶打不開，清潔是不可能的；我之前住的酒店一切都好得多。窗簾不是被蟲蛀了，就是已經破爛不堪。淋浴間的牆壁很滑，上面還有一層生物，讓人覺得很不安全。屋頂泳池也受到了類似的影響。 至於客房服務，工作人員都讚不絕口：他們熱情友好，樂於助人。女經理們也是如此。男經理們的行為舉止則很奇怪。 總而言之：位置不錯，服務人員也很友善。僅此而已。 四星級根本不值！所有優點都被糟糕的維護和過時的房間內飾所抵消。經理們不願就部分由他們自身過錯造成的問題做出妥協。 飯店週邊交通擁堵，早晚高峰出遊十分困難。尖峰時段，Uber 或 Rapido 也幫不上忙。步行是唯一的選擇。 我不推薦外國遊客入住這家酒店，尤其是那些英語能力有限或完全不會說英語的遊客（他們主要使用卡納達語和印地語）。

Hotel situated at good location and not a busy road. Close to MG Road, Commercial Street. It take about 45 min to airport. Rooms are clean but a little old property.

a great hotel to stay if you are looking for quiet and spacer room. I did not expect this hotel have such high quality.

一人旅で利用しました。 スタッフの方みなさん、丁寧な対応でとても良かったです。 街中は渋滞でひどいですが、ホテル周辺は落ち着いており穏やかに過ごせます。

Chambre moyenne un peu juste pour nous Bruit dans le couloir il faudrait prévoir une porte de séparation entrée chambre difficile de sortir seul de l’hôtel. restaurant correct piscine très sympa pas chauffé mais sur le toit personnel sympa souriant et prévenant

I had no trouble getting an Uber even at night. Walking home from the main shopping area might have been difficult only at night… but not impossible. 25 minutes walking. The executive rooms were very good as was the ordinary dbl rooms. The views were not great but the rooms were large & comfortable. The breakfast room was simply excellent. Staff always there to help, The chef Sarat kind & considerate. The food was simply excellent. The varieties were inspiring & made to perfection. I felt I was in Food heaven & did not want to leave… The pool was enjoyable though a bit slippery on the bittom. The personal trainer, Seena, excellent. The staff made us feel comfortable & we felt spoilt… I was there with my Daughter, Son in law & 2 grandchildren below the age of 5… I loved the experience & thank you so much for making my trip so worth it.

I went to the hotel gym today, I met seena sir there. I really want to appreciate his dedication and the amount of time he gave ensuring i understand all the health benefits of exercise. He taught me so many great postures, told me about good dietary habits and what not. I would really want to learn from him again if I ever come to lemon tree Ulsoor lake. Thank you so much sir for enlightening me with so many gymming techniques.
