Everything went smooth at check-in. I crashed and was gone by 7AM

The property appears to be undergoing renovation but it is in terrible condition. I booked this hotel because they offered airport shuttle but they DO NOT offer an airport shuttle and I spent almost as much on transportation to the hotel and back to the airport as I spent on the room. The floors in the room are a laminate flooring and were so gritty and dirty, I had to lay towels down on the floor as rugs. There are de-humidifiers and carpet dryers going in many public spaces as there is a lot of moisture in the air. It was just horrible.

Our linens were clean but the place needs some major maintenance done. The counter in our bathroom was literally falling down. It does not appear that the owners do any maintenance at all, very sad to see so much damage and things falling apart. Breakfast consisted of cereal and hunny buns.

This property is a good place for a quick trip to Nashville. It’s not the top of the line but it is affordable and clean. The area seems safe and transportation is available to the downtown area. I would stay here again

The beds squeaked every time you sat/moved. It wasn’t the prettiest place but it worked for our weekend getaway to meet up with friends. From what I heard other guests saying it was under new management

Leaky bathtub,tv broke,sink faucet sprayed all over the place,smell of dope all over the floor,hot tub broke,very unsatisfactory.

Convenient location with easy access to the area. The beds were very uncomfortable and extremely noisy with the metal bases.

The hotel does not let you hold a card and charge it at the end of the stay. They charge you nightly. Included breakfast was cereal or waffles with apples and bananas, no protein. Hotel needs some renovation, but it doesn’t look like it will receive any soon.

I am surprised this place holds the Wyndham much less Ramada name. The only +'s were the rate, service, and breakfast. They need to shut down floor by floor and "finish" the reno they started. Very poor lighting, no faceplates on outlets, clock radio & phone did not work,, lamps falling apart. Very dim to shave in sink area.

Location was ideal but hotel was not very good. It needs updated, changed rooms twice due to extremely loud beds, no internet connection and no tv service. 2nd room was slightly better but for the location it should have beennicer for the price. Said my card declined although ******* already got funds out of my account.

Room: floor was filthy and large sheets of paint were peeled off the doors. Poor upkeep and maintenance. Yes..the price is good, but I won’t be back

The staff was helpful but parking was bad. Someone dumped trash on my car overnight. The bed was comfortable enough. A decent stay not bad, not great.

Friendly Staff. Bed was comfy, about the only nice thing I can say about the room. Hotel is REALLY run down. Garbage and food debris in elevator. Chipped peeling paint everywhere, bathroom sink faucet unattached to sink. Minimal decor, not a cozy or comfortable room. Breakfast was ok, good coffee though. Lots of interesting characters coming and going from property, glad my family wasn’t with me. Never again!

For the last couple of years my husband and I go to Nashville and have stayed at this hotel. It is priced in our budget and we have always been happy there. This trip was a bit different. The first room we went to had a very strong odor, to the point we had headaches and never even got passed the door. The girl at the front got us into a different room which was much better, but still had a bit of an odor to it. We went for the breakfast and were disappointed. Only had sausage egg biscuits that you microwave and the mix for waffles. My husband made a waffle but they were out of butter and syrup. Overall, it was disappointing. We will try one more time but if the experience is anything like this one, we will find another get away hotel.
