價格適中，只不過地點是在西布朗，交通不是很方便，離Birmingham City Centre有20分鐘的車程。不過就整體酒店質素而言，性價比是不錯的，開車自駕作為中途站是不錯的。

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay fir work the bed was extremely comfortable room Very bright and clean reception was lovely the lady on night shift very chatty and welcoming Breakfast was perfect nice spaces and food choice of food fully recommend this hotel and credit to the manager

Cozy spacious rooms, with good amenities (kettle, hot drinks, shower gel and body wash etc). Steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and pool are nice. Ample parking. Could do with more signage in the corridors and stairs to find the pool as it's very big inside.

My room was clean; the bed firm and the shower hot/powerful. The breakfast was nice, but my experience was elevated by the hardworking and perpetually smiling female staff member who dealt professionally with demanding patrons.

The hotel was good The parking cost was a surprise to me and my friend who picked me up got a parking ticket as he was there for 18 minutes The staff in the restaurant was excellent Carolyn met my dietary needs every day and she remembered what l required each morning lovely helpful lady

無公共交通，房間不隔音，潮濕的感覺，早餐種類太少，你還沒吃完服務員就來收盤子，這種感覺非常不好，就這樣吧。

All other things are fine, except the air conditioner has low airflow even for highest fan setting. Need to open the window instead.

從未覺得這麼狼狽過！攜程上訂酒店真是大踩雷！帶着一個小孩扛着一個大行李箱 兩個手提袋的，酒店員工給我安排了一間最微端的房間，而且還是地下室！

我住得很愉快:)。房間很乾淨，床很舒服，開了冷氣後室溫很舒服。入住很及時。早餐很不錯👍。 我會給 5 顆星的設施，但游泳池和桑拿浴室在周末很早就關閉（晚上 7 點），房間裡的茶和咖啡選擇非常基本。

對這家酒店很失望。住在 354 號房間。分配器中沒有肥皂。毛巾不見了。床墊沒有旋轉，所以中間有一個可怕的坑，但邊緣仍然很好很堅固。身為情侶，我們整晚都互相糾纏，睡不好。空調壞了，房間裡悶熱。我們無法打開窗戶，因為高速公路/主要道路的噪音令人精神不振。顯然整個三樓的空調都有問題。房間有些地方看起來有點舊，但公平地說看起來相當不錯/時尚。我們嘗試使用 Whatsapp 服務聯繫接待處詢問空調問題，但他們忽略了這條訊息，只有在我早上收到關於服務差勁的「卡倫」訊息時才回覆。在我和朋友出去之前，熨斗上覆蓋著白色的水垢，弄髒了我的西裝/褲子。 早餐還可以。有點油膩。但沒有像樣的不含乳製品的牛奶來喝咖啡。 （你不能把大豆放進咖啡裡，它會凝結！）謝天謝地，我帶了自己的。當我問工作人員（Kospats）是否有燕麥奶時，他們有點暴躁，但當他意識到自己很唐突時，他特意通過毒性水平很好來彌補他最初對我的反應。他要我幫他填寫一份回饋表，這讓事情變得更糟。 總而言之——只是酒店裡一個非常便宜、最古老、最便宜的房間，而且房間的價格非常舊而且很糟糕。經營得不太好。我可能會以更高的價格再次入住這家酒店，希望房間會更好。但如果服務再次糟糕，我將停止使用它們。
