Enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely make use of 21 on Coetzee Guest house in the future. Room was clean and comfortable. The set up in the room was very homely and made me and my husband felt welcome

The rooms are not only neat, clean and modern, but functionally equipped to accommodate your needs. This safe and secure geust house was the perfect stop over for my husband and I during our long trip to Cape Town.

I recommend if anyone is looking for a guest, this is the best place to spend your holidays . They offer the best service with affordable quality service. As a student I felt safe and secure to stay in there

I was extremely disappointed in the room it literally felt like I was staying in someones back room, the coffee was well tasteless and seemed extremely cheap - they could have purchased the coffee sachets

The location of the area, the communication means i.e. WhatsApp sms and a video with instructions. It was easy to understand.

The Host was so accommodating and very nice to upgrade us to a room with a shower and bath at no extra cost. Easy access to the city and surrounding shops. The kitchen has all the utilities. The room is very clean and felt like home, we recommend this property for careless stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We heard the traffic noise on N1. But it was not to bad. The room was clean and neat, and entry was easy, with safe parking under roof

Everything was neat. They provide a fridge and cutlery and microwave, kettle, milk sugar etc. Some lights were not working.

Great value for money, rooms have everything you need. Location is perfect. We have stayed at 21 on coetzee a few times already and haven't been disappointed.

Value for money, easy to get using Google maps, the pictures on the advert are not misleading they're accurate
