The ambiance set the tone for a truly relaxing getaway, complemented by exceptional service especially from Lina and Kverappa Bm they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Not to mention about their culinary offerings were a delightful treat for the senses. Chef- Raj Mohan and Nilesh were always there to take our request with a big smile on face which was absolutely amazing. Not to forget their hotel manager- Anburaj and Vinu who went all out to make sure we completely enjoy the food and also provided us with various food options. All in all an oasis of elegance where every detail is thoughtfully curated. The staff's dedication to guest satisfaction and the culinary delights served made our stay truly exceptional. The staff's professionalism and warmth made us feel like cherished guests.

Overall very good experience, but one suggestion and improvement, on May 13th due to some emergency ( sad news) I have to cancel my booking, you could have help me to postpone the date , but amount deducted, i know it's a policy but expected some consideration, but same thing i have told , they acknowledged I am happy about that

Warm welcome at reception and easy check in...Perfectly arranged welcome cake(thank you).....food taste and quality is 100/100(quantity can be better)...inroom as well as restaurant service perfect....Specially in housekeeping RINCI,very hardworking and on the toe always... Restaurant lina and shivajeet at BAR always ready to serve...at reception Bibina always with warming smile and never say no to anything.... NOT to forget the location ,ambience of the property surrounded by the lake...treatment at the SPA was very soothing...not to forget the BAR service... Thank you for the overall service..,Must visit property...

Our stay at Taj Wayanad was excellent! The views are breathtaking (panoramic views), superb infinity pool overlooking the kamasutra dam/lake and mountains (One of the main highlights), excellent buffet with wide variety of options and multiple live counters, well maintained rooms, friendly and helpful staffs. Kaverappa was excellent. Will surely come back!

Our family had a great time at Taj Wayanad. Perfect combination of nice and clean facilities, mouth watering food, courteous staff, availability of indoor and outdoor activities etc. Everyone (my child, spouse and in-laws) enjoyed a lot, irrespective of their age group. Special mention and thanks to Roshin (house keeping staff), Ram Mohan (chef), Nirav and Obada (restaurant staff) for taking good care of us and ensuring that we are at comfort and get whatever we need. Thanks again !

It was great experience staying in Taj Wayanad. Their complete staff in shamiana restro including Salin (Experience with humbleness) ,Nileesh (Helped me to get Steet food -Pakoras) ,Anoop (Agile),Roshan (Dedication),Binu (Restro manager) (And many more ..sorry i missed few names) are phenomenal with their performance and customer handling. Thier customer centricity is exemplary. Also appreciate their front desk team Bibina (helped me with medicine late light), Lina (Took a beautiful memorable family picture). I never help out of home experience. Location of hotel is breath-taking. Best to visit is monsoon... Best of luck to entire team.

Really a well spent holiday with family. Taj people took care every bit of your requirements. We stayed 2 days in luxury villa(upgraded) and one night in pool villa. It is located near Banasura water dam which is largest water reservoir of India
