처음부터 끝까지 너무 친절하게 잘 해주셨어요. 아주 편안하게 있다가 왔습니다

很棒的服務，我們的房間有問題，但很快就解決了。 Covid 清潔度很好，看到工作人員在我們逗留期間不斷清潔和消毒 會再呆在那裡。

一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。

Our room had a massive leak in the bathroom ceiling that had clearly been there for some time and not properly fixed. We had to ask to change rooms which is a pain after unpacking with two kids. The pool are was extremely hot and hard to enjoy. My kids asked to leave because they couldn’t even breathe. Nearly all of the food was empty at breakfast. The lack of regular height tables to eat at was odd. They were mostly coffee table height. Overall, wouldn’t recommend & wouldn’t stay again.

I arrived at 3:00 pm to do my check-in as indicated, the lady at the reception (not very friendly by the way) told me that my room was not ready yet, that I had to wait half an hour more. I waited for half an hour I asked her again and she told me that it was not ready yet with a quite rude tone, finally she told me that they would call me when my room was ready and that was 3 hours later that is I received my room at 6:00 pm which seems to me a lack of respect for the guests, I asked to speak to the manager and they told me that he was not there that they would notify me the next day when he arrived and it never happened, the least I expected was that I could check Out 3 hours late, which would be fair, but they didn't even give me that opportunity and I didn't get any compensation for the 3 hours waiting in the hotel lobby with my wife and 2 kids

I liked their breakfast options. Amazing food and options for the whole family. Staff were kind. Pool was nice - needs a clock in the room though. I didn't like how the wifi was **free. You have to sign up for something by providing your personal information, then agreeing to their "privacy policy" that you are unable to read as the internet doesn't work to open the link they provide. Seemed tricky to me.

The bed was made in a manner that we didn't realize there was a sheet under the duvet. Mattress was hard and sloped in middle. Breakfast was terrible. No bacon, no fresh fruit, no plain yogurt, and no English muffins.

We had very small room for 4 adults and a baby not acceptable will never stay at your hotel again

The hotel was nice and clean, and typical for the Hampton Inn the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately there was no hot water on the second morning of our stay. we all had to take cold showers, very unpleasant.

We could hear the guests next door to us very clearly all night - it’s as if there was no insulation in the walls. It was almost impossible to fall asleep. We called front desk but they didn’t help with the situation. We’ve been there 3 times, this was the last straw. We’ll never be going back.

Why does everyone need to give ID and cell phone numbers to check in

Very clean. Good location. Very helpful staff. Messaged us about an item we left behind and helped arrange return.

I was having trouble with the thermostat. Two different staff came to try to work it out - neither seemed to understand what was meant to be done. When I told manager the next morning, he didn't seem to care. ALSO, lots of noise because of pre-teen kids. Manager said that they have hockey teams each weekend because of tournaments. I have learned my lesson - NEVER return, or recommend this place!

There was sound from the bed when you have a even little move on the bed, the sound was annoying.
