Really no service , hot water turned off at 8pm , small heaters , doors locked at 8pm have to enter through the side.

微波爐和空調不工作。但總體體驗不錯。非常友好的經理。如果有提供海綿/擦洗器來洗碗碟和器皿，那就更好了。

This place has a few things going for it, but many things that prevent it from getting a good recommendation. It's in good location close to the toll ways and Lygon St. It has off-street parking but if you have a large car you are limited to hopefully getting one of the 4 rear parks as the side parking will only take small cars. The rear parking is very awkward to get into as well. Then as you check-in they want far more personal information than is necessary or required and a security deposit, but there is no mini bar, so why the security deposit! (8 days after checkout my deposit was returned - their 'story' is to blame the banks for the delay) So you leave reception feeling less than welcome and untrusted. It appears to have had new carpet laid in the last few years, but it appears to have not been laid well with it not sitting right and is loose fitting in places. Walking to your room, it feels dark and dirty. The place is actually quite clean but it is old, and feels old. The bathroom is the best area of the room, bright and white and functional, let down by the odd broken tile in the shower and chipped fittings. The room is clean but the dull colors do nothing to lift your spirit. Neither do the cupboard doors that have dropped and don't fit together well. You can cook on the electric range top or use the tiny microwave but we didn't bother. The 1/2 bar fridge is without doubt the smallest we have ever seen as is the flat screen TV. We wouln't stay again.

經濟型住宿。一個住宿的好地方，工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。到處都需要很少的修理，公共區域的地毯必須更換。

The owners are terrible and frightening. Do not book at these dodgy hotels unless you would like to feel like a victim. These places are trouble at your door step and everybody that is booking for the right reasons is venerable

Internal steps along the hallway meant I had to lug my heavy suitcase up and down steps even though I'd taken the lift to the first floor. As an older woman with oste-oarthristis I'd asked for a ground floor room but they said they were all booked (even though I'd just heard the person on reception offer a ground floor room to another customer who declined it). They assured me there's a lift so no need to use the stairs - but didn't mention the extra stairs mid-hallway.

Older property but great value for money. I assume it was the owner who checked us in, lovely man, so polite and helpful

Location good, close to tram and where i need to go, parking good, staff very helpful, room size good and bed good. Bathroom and kitchen need a good scrub and exit mould, tiles dirty and grout mouldy, same with room skirtings/walls dirty and aircond extremely noisy no way you could have that on while sleepy. For a short stay bearable, if want something close to walk.

The owner and her husband are very friendly, and thier story is very intersting.The building is a bit of old, but it's very clean. And fees are very cheap. Studio type is recommended.

Honestly wouldn't have been too bad if they cleaned the room but it was really dirty. Didn't try to get any use out of the kitchenette and you only get a single shower worth of hot water every few hours. Ground floor rooms have full height windows out onto a noisy intersection or the car park where the other guests were polishing up their e-scooter stunts throwing stuff off the balcony until 3am.
