The size of the standard room is spacious. The bedding is comfortable. The water pressure is just all right. Overall a good choice for short stay.

Nice hotel attached to a Beefeater and very close to the train station. I thought it might be noisy being in such a central location, but it wasn't. The reception staff were especially lovely - even when checking in at 3am after good old public transport let us down after the Black Sabbath event. Rooms were decent, but the staff deserve special mention for their helpful attitudes and smiles. Breakfast was extremely generous and very good.

Haven’t stayed in a Premier Inn for a while, but was presently surprised by this one. I would have probably given it 5/5, but I did t thinks the breakfast was that good and I couldn’t set up a table in the bar with my meal. All the staff were very friendly, from reception to the bar. The room was basic but clean, bed comfortable, I’d normally wander out for an evening meal but as I was I. Work late, spotted the bar so thought I’d eat on site. I had Chicken Wings, Mixed Grill and a couple of pints of the black stuff. All were spot on 👌🏼 They do a deal, evening meal, breakfast and drink (see photo) I would have told work to book me that had I known as it’s a decent deal (not sure if you are limited on what you can select though so check first). I don’t come to this site with my work, but I think I’d definitely look at staying here again should the need arise.

for last year we have been staying here every 4 week and the staff here have been very nice and friendly especially becka who go above and beyond to make sure our stay is comfortable

Great stay at a great brand - usual good service from friendly and helpful staff, advising of where is good to eat locally and assisting with the adjacent car park (this is chargeable and you need to register your car to avoid fines). Rooms spacious, clean and quiet - air conditioning is in the room but I always find it's not very strong in Premier Inn and you're unable to open the room window but this is just a personal niggle. Breakfast the next morning is served in the restaurant next door and always of good quality, hot and with plenty of choice/no huge queues midweek.

the hotel was absolutely fine and the receptionist - Courtney - was very helpful when I was trying to get my car booked in on the evening of my stay, within the adjacent car park - my phone wouldn't connect and Courtney used her system to complete the action. She also arranged delivery of a sheet for my room as the duvet was going to be too hot. Very pleasant and able receptionist. Thanks

Clean and quiet room, comfy beds. Check in was a little slow but staff very helpful. Location excellent- close to town centre and not far from M6. The Breakfast was excellent quality and value. If I had one or two minor complaints, they could do with more than 1 coffee machine and bar service was a little slow.

Great hotel very clean and tidy food is great bar staff are friendly plenty around to keep to u entertained can’t fault the place , Courtney on reception is very good at her job top girl ☝️very helpful and nice to talk to ill will defo use this hotel again thanks jay

What a wonderful hotel and the staff was fantastic. The room was comfortable, clean, and modern. The restaurant/bar had a fantastic breakfast and all day selection of food and drinks. My first trip to the UK and with shops walking distance and a wonderful view, it made for a fantastic time.

I had a lovely welcoming reception from from the receptionist Courtney who was happy, cheerful and most helpful when checking in, the room was warm and clean with a comfortable bed. And also the restaurant was as the same and the food was gorgeous.
