What I really like about the property is the management is great cleanliness is great your needs met well done I got to give Motel 7 a 10

upon arrival to the hotel, you know that the place is not safe, dirty and some of the guest are of questionable character. Good that we were able to cancel the reservation and look other place to stay.

Disgusting!!!! The shower/tub did not work, you couldn’t turn on the water even though there was constant water dripping. No towels or wash cloths. The room was so heavy with smoke smell is felt like a blanket on your skin. Tv didn’t work. Door to balcony didn’t lock. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Dog barking down the hall and toddler screaming all night. Parking lot FULL of broken down cars

This hotel is horrible, i could bot stay here.. Smells, like cigattes.room had no blanket and smelled so bad

no shower curtain, toilet paper holder riped out of wall, tv worked with only a hand full of stations coiming clear enough to watch. outlet did not work smelled like smoke

This was an unsafe place with unsavory people submitting vouchers from some agency to spend the night. After seeing the property speaking with the extremely unfriendly management I decided that it would be dangerous to spend the night so Deemed it unsafe to spend the night and left. I am not a prejudiced person and volunteer at a homeless shelter near my home

Had reservations paid in advance,did not have a room for me but had assigned me a room but it was occupied. after several phone calls they gave us a room. The elevator was out of order. my room was on the 3rd floor. the place was filthy. lock on door did not work. no rp.or towels.

Drug dealers outside. Bathroom didn’t have toilet paper. It was a very hot day and the air conditioner wasn’t working. I and my second guest have physical disabilities, was not aware that the elevator was none functional.

Good rates and customer service is very professional and courteous... Only complaint is the advertising of breakfast. That's a sign on dining room door that is proclaiming the room is "Closed Indefinitely for repairs" but no one is repairing or working on the repair...

This property was a rat hole. Enter the motel to a dog walking on the counter. Property smelled. Elevator was out of service. Stair railings desperate need of painting. Hallway was littered with paper on the floor. Was supposed to have non-smoking room. obviously that was not the case. I’ll never stay in a super eight motel again!

There was fresh dog crap on the hall carpet when we left. The peep hole in the door was just a hole drilled in the wall. We slept on top of the blankets. Everything was stained. We didn't know if our car would still be there in the morning.

This was a very eye opening experience for me. I just wanted an overnight stay to give my Grandson a break from the car. When we pulled up there was a car parked right outside the front desk that for sure was doing shady deals, the breakfast was no longer included (even tho it advertised having one) the rooms were dark and dirty, smoke was coming from downstairs, broken elevator, and just a hotel full of sketchy people. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND UPGRADE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

The property was under renovations which was not disclosed at booking. After checking in but my room wasn’t ready which was ok we were early I asked to use the bathroom. I had to use the staff bathroom behind the desk which was very dirty. No soap to wash your hands and no towel to dry them. We walked out and looked around the property only to find people hanging around the parking lot. Broken down cars and laundry hanging over the balconies. Someone driving by me in the parking lot said something to me which made me feel very uneasy. Also the elevator was broken. After this we checked the reviews only to find out this has been going on for months. We were disappointed in ******* for recommending the super 8 by wyndham in vallejo/ napa valley. We thought being in napa would be nice. We found another hotel to stay at. Do not recommend staying here
