Alle Servicemitarbeiter bemühen sich sehr freundlich und kompetent um die Gäste. Besonders möchten wir die gute Fee des Hauses, Alberta, loben, die uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet hat.

The people that work at this place are absolutely terrible! I booked a completely different location but was sent this one in the middle of nowhere because the hotel was overbooked. Instead of simply offering me refund they first tried to have me share what was supposed to be my room with a man! Then decided the other location would be better even though it was a whole hour away from where I needed to be. The absolute worst part was being locked outside of the gate on the first night and having to wait hours for the security guard to finally open the gate to let me in. He was asleep and pretended he didn’t hear anything from outside. The hostess also lied to the booking agent when I sent a complaint requesting a refund due to the “bait and switch” tactic they used and she stated that I was “rude and disrespectful” when I was nothing but pleasant throughout this entire dysfunctional ordeal. Do Not Trust These People At All!!!

I checked into this Hotel after Confirmation from Booking Com. and they didn't have any records of my Bookings and they checked me in as WALK IN on 8th November evening , they took almost One Hour to Check in , next day morning i met the Owner of this Hotel , He was grumpy and collected US $ 360.00 Four Days Rent in Full in advance , He didn't Provide me with an Official Receipt or Invoice for my Payment and when I ask him for same He says you have paid me by Credit Card on POS , that itself is receipt , which will fade away in due course as its on coated paper , I insisted and request him on whatsapp and email to share me a copy of RECEIPT on His Letterhead and or Copy of Invoice towards my payment of US $ 360.00 as i need to obtain reimbursement from my Company , He has been unpolite and stubborn refuses to budge , All the Hotels in ACCRA , Provide Two bottles of DRINKING WATER in the Room every day, where as He refused and charged me Gh Cedi 5.00 per each bottle of 200 ml , where as you get One Litre for 3 Gh Cedis . The Hotel had only Two Guests , They Claim of BAR & Restaurant and no ALCHOHOL like Whiskey , Vodka , Gin , Rum, Bacardi available , though he promised me that Next day He will Provide me with Whiskey , He failed to do so , he was uncooperative and very unfriendly to customers , He has One Girl named Ms Alberta who manages every thing for him at this Hotel , and Morning Breakfast is Limited , No Fruit Juice, No Corn Flakes , No Proper Bread , whatever they offer fruits you have no choice but to have whatever provided by them, no salt and pepper dispensers , they are providing Salt In plate , Only good about is good Bed and linen , Bathroom was clean & good , even after Paying Us $ 90 .00 ROOM SIZE is SO SMALL , you have just enough space to move around , No Safe Deposit Safe in the ROOM, Cup Boards too small . overall worst experience staying there, I would advise FOLKS to be mindful to go to this HOTEL which is made out of a HOME CONVERTED TO HOTEL . ROOMS OF HOME CONVETED TO STAY , VERY FEW ROOMS , I stayed at the AIRPORT WINFORD BOUTIQUE HOTEL , I dont think this QUALIFIES AS A BOUTIQUE HOTEL BY ANY STANDARDS
