When we 1st arrived the guy was friendly had good customer service I told him I wanted to pay in cash he told me there was gonna be a $50 deposit fee ok no problem I explained that I wanted to pay for the room in cash and put the deposit on a card he said no problem. As I standing there waiting he told me to do the card 1st ok cool .. about putting my card I. About 3x he said he needed the manager. She come over and say it’s the system. He then informed me he was new only been there for a week ok no problem I’m being patient, another guy come over and say something to them and then said something about the card ok . So we use my wife card to see if the same problem would happen. Next then you know his giving me the key and said we’re all set breakfast is from 6:30am-10am they have a bar ect .. so I’m like ok but when do I pay he like oh it went on the card . No I said I was paying in cash long story short they held the room and the deposit onto her card until we checked out . We went to get in the pool the pool are was freezing cold we ask if the pool could be heated up more along with the heat in the area.they one lady say it’s gonna take days for the water to heat up and the heat on is 90 but it was saying it was 72 in the area. I’m like ok I’m here for a few days so can you still cut it up she didn’t Then we come down for breakfast the next morning and they say we have to have to pay $14 each So I go and ask why was we told that it was free the guy say I don’t know do
