Everything was broken and old. No water pressure. Hot tub was cold. Breakfast literally had bugs all over the food.

Everything except the morning breakfast. Really could add a hot cinnamon bun from time to time and real coffee.
The cool mornings that fire place should be operating all in all it was like walking into moms house. Love everything about this place

Reported the bug issue in my room, was told they were inundated with bugs that are like fireflies without the bulb, but they're harmless. Second, stains on the ottoman. Third no fan or heater in the bathroom; fourth, staff member cleaned the tables in the breakfast area, then went over to stir up the eggs without washing her hands. Customers are pigs where they leave large amounts of gravy in the ladle so small gnats accumulate. There's gnats/sm flies at the trash bins in the eating area as well.

Would have had 5 stars cause everything was great except, HVAC unit no way to shut it completely off, cycles loudly. Comforter had a few drops of dried blood (room 304), hopefully someone will clean that.

We arrived an hour past check in. The room was not cleaned. We had to wait 30 mins for them to clean it. Just to find out the key system was not working and would need to wait on the manager to leave his house and get there to fix it. Thankfully the shift person was able to let us in with a master key. I was very unhappy with my stay

As always l am impressed w how clean and pleasant all of the employees are. Sometimes I travel alone and have never felt nervous while in the building. Thank you.

Friendly staff, on-site breakfast was convenient, location was perfect for the wedding we attended ai Sahray Barn.
Could use some paint updates in halls and bathrooms. Repair elevator.

This was our second time staying here. I feel that it’s a good option for the area, and it’s convenient. I do feel that room cleanliness could be improved, more attention to detail. The staff are very nice. The breakfast needs some work.

While this hotel is better than the Days Inn across the street, it’s really getting nasty. We brought our dogs so I think we were assigned to the pet room. There was a stain on the closet door, mold in the shower, and the mattress was ancient and uncomfortable. Ugh.

We stayed over the past weekend again and had a wonderful visit. The room was very clean. This is a pet friendly hotel and never have I heard other animals or dealt with unruly pets. The staff goes above service to maintain cleanliness of the property. The only concern is there was new room furniture being stored in the dining room. Maybe it had been delivered and not moved to their permanent rooms yet. Other than that our stay was wonderful and will defiantly be returning soon.

******* advertised some rooms as being handicapped accessible. I specifically looked for this type room and the room I reserved stated it was handicapped accessible. When I got notice from the motel it said standard room. That’s not what I paid for. When we arrived late at night, the woman working the desk said they have never had those kinds of rooms. Very dissatisfied with *******!! You should make sure what you show/and tell about the rentals if factual. I fell 3 weeks ago and fractured my humorous in my left arm and fractured my left hip. Trying to go to bathroom and retain a little dignity was impossible. Bad job!! Will be using other vendors in the future.
