Struttura estremamente un po’ vecchia ma dentro è molto gradevole e ristrutturata bene, dispone di ampie camere. Una nota dolente è che l’abbiamo trovata un po’ fredda ed ho dovuto intervenire manualmente sulla caldaia. Comunque la casa è in posizione centrale e praticamente è vicina a tutto.

We stayed at the 4 seasons apartments for a weekend end of Nov to start of Dec 2024. We stated in a deluxe apartment in the second floor. The apartment is a great size with everything you could need. And was spotless clean. 10 min walk to the square. Loads of great shops and cafes surround the apartment. We would highly recommend these apartments and look forward to returning.

In general i was very disapointed. Photo's we saw were very misleading giving the impression that it was spacious. As soon as we walked into apartment 4B we were in a tiny kitchen with a tiny table and 3 chairs in a corner. 3 chairs for 6 people? Also the floor was in bad need of replacing. Very worn and creaky. Anytime someone had to get up during the night the creaking would wake everyone. Also the sofa/pull out bed and tv was in one of the bedrooms. No sofa or tv in the living/kitchen area which again, i thought was the case due to the photo's i had seen beforehand. Will not stay here again.

Renovated building in the city center of Krakow. Just 10 minutes by walk to the Main Square. Our apartment was quite large, well equipped and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Many groceries around. Opposite apartment very nice breakfast&brunch restaurant. There is only one small issue – there is no lift – but to be honest as in most buildings in the city center of Krakow. We will definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay here - great location, great room, good value for money. Check-in was simple - I met my host in the office at the back of the building. He not only handed me my keys but took the time to go through the map and places I might want to go (all of which I did). The room was great - clean, well kitted out and one of the best showers I have had when staying away. It even had a fully kitted kitchen and a balcony. The security code/ key combination meant that I could come and go when I wanted. The location is good with easy access to old town on foot and the tram system at the end of the road. Checkout was simple - I just had to post the key. Highly recommend this property. And, finally, Krakow itself was lovely and lots to do.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff Cozy, modern and clean apartments. They're keen to book additional services like airport transfer and local tours. We were visiting Cracow in February and the heating lived up to our expectations. Definitely worth giving a go!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here and the office staff couldn’t be more helpful! We had a problem with the dishwasher leaking and once we told them, he was there straight away to sort the issue! The interior is so modern and really comfy, 10 minute walk away from the centre

Highlights of the apartment included a ten minute walk to the city centre, the heating worked (did become quite warm at points), lovely refurbished bathroom, decent kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, though one side of our bed kept coming off due to the clip not been attached properly to the frame. Quilts were two single quilts on a double bed. The down sides were the balcony was very small, not suitable to stand on and watch the world go by. The arrival was quite difficult as there was nobody there to greet us, instructions given to us were not fantastic and we did originally struggle to locate the door codes and keys. Another downside was the lack of interaction, during our trip we didn’t see a single member of staff, so was hard to ask any questions and book anything (relied on good old Google in the end). Also the lighting in the hallways was poor making it difficult to see where you were going up the stairs. It is worth nothing that we were on the third or fourth floor, this is steps only and no lift so worth considering before booking.

Went for a 3 day trip with my partner to Krakow. All I can say it was brilliant. The men that own the apartments were brilliant made sure we had everything. Helped me book some activities when I didn’t know how to do it. Heating was working fine :)

Nice little apartment for a few days in Krakow. 5 minutes walk to town centre, nice area. Apartment is clean, if a little dated but good value. Friendly and helpful reception. Nice little Juliet balcony to watch the world go by. Small supermarket at the end of the road.

We came in november for first weekend of xmas markets. We arrived at night with no code to get in. We rang the number . Got code . Got keys out of the wall(it was dark becarefull on stairs) and up to apartment . The apartment wasnt what i expected from pictures. ... but it was nice.. it was clean . There was 5 of us we had 2 bedrooms . 1 had a double bed. The other had 2 singles pushed together and a sofa bed . There was a separate kitchen /dinner. It was a 5 min walk to center for markets . Great base. Would stay again if visited Krakow thank you .

We booked the deluxe apartment and our room looked nothing like the pictures. The description said it would have a double bed however we had 2 single beds and 2 single duvets. The pictures showed a stand in shower for the deluxe apartment but we got a bath with a shower head attachment. Only 2 full size towels were given and a small towel which had to be used as a bath mat as there was not one provided. Must be a leak in the bathroom sink as a bottle was being used to catch it. Not quite sure how thoroughly cleaned the apartment was before we arrived as there was an empty toilet roll on the floor under the sink. The fridge in the kitchen was not cold so our milk went sour in 3 days. The mugs provided didn’t look very clean either. Overall the stay was OK but we expected a better room for a deluxe apartment.

we arrived in the dark didnt get info about the way to enter the apartment. rang a number provided didnt answer for a while. upon having the code the apatrment door wouldnt open rang again and after a wait the manager managed to open the door. nice spacious apartment with nice modern bathroom beds really comfortable and pillows good. microwave with all kitchen utensils plates microwave etc. nice warm bedding. plenty of storage. now the bad part ;- NO HEATING THROUGHOUT. winter in Poland. really a shock. large heated towel rail in bathroom. 4 large towels for 4 people for 3 nights. no small towels . no towels replaced at all. had to reuse and dry on said towel rail. rang the usual number. oh the heater/air condioning on the wall by the bed does work just get the remote and press the buttons it will work. NO IT DID NOT. they are apparently having trouble with the radiators ha ha also apparently with the wall heaters . money saving of course. summer will be lovely but do not go when it it freezing i have reynauds syndrome and need heating. it snowed the day after we flew home. there are other apartments owned or managed by this company. the photos are lovely. no photos of the one we were in. only others. i checked and no photos of our apartment are on there. trust me. good luck have a great stay.

Arrived at around 7pm and there was no one there no check in or reception no information or anything! Called the phone number eventually got our keys from a safe. They put us on the top floor with young children which was rather annoying carrying a four year old up all the stairs. The apartment is VERY basic and extremely dirty. The beds here are so uncomfortable and hard i barely got any sleep the four days I was there. The last night next door to us decided to have a house party even though quiet times are stated throughout the apartment !! The only good thing I can say is it’s a short walk to the city centre. I would avoid. We won’t be back.
