這麼大的酒店連餐廳服務都沒有，如果經過攜程給錢還協商不了退款，如果突然行程有變就非常浪費錢，性價比極低。

性價比超低

The property was very clean and smelled fresh as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious, recently renovated, and spotless — it included a large TV, fridge, and microwave. I appreciated that it wasn’t noisy and not right next to the highway like some nearby hotels. The pool and gym were both open and well-maintained. The location is also great, close to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast isn’t included, but the paid option was decent. The lobby felt welcoming, and both elevators were working. My only minor complaints were the lack of disposable utensils for coffee or leftovers, and no pens or paper in the rooms (though available in the business office). Please keep in mind that everyone’s standards and expectations are different. I had read some negative reviews before my stay, but my experience was completely positive — those reviews didn’t match what I encountered. Overall, a very good stay and I’d definitely book again.

Excellent hotel. Super clean, smells great! Comfy beds. Great gym. No complaints! Highly recommend! The room was modern & not dated. Enjoyed the fridge. Appreciated being accommodated the late check out. Breakfast was great too. Really liked this property.

We stayed on the second floor in a king suite. The room has a large refrigerator, microwave and even a dishwasher. This would be great for extended stays. There was also a sleeper sofa, so the room could sleep 4. Everything was clean and the desk personnel were friendly. We would stay again!

Disgusting. We booked on the Tru side and they moved us to a Home2 side without speaking to us. The room was grimy, sticky stuff on all of the counters, a disgustingly stained couch, and beat up bathroom with hair all over the place. I asked at the desk if we could please move to newer Tru side, and they would not accommodate us. They did not offer to fix anything, just said they would tell housekeeping. We were hot and exhausted from driving all day, and I had to go to the room and clean the mess myself…I guess I am lucky I had a packet of sanitizing wipes. We took the kids down to the pool and it was filthy…tons of dirt had settled to the bottom, when we stepped in it swirled up from the bottom. There were hunks of long hair on the ground. We left with disappointed kids. If I could give Home2 a 0 or a negative rating I would. So disappointing. I cannot wait to get out of here in the morning.

This was the most horrific experience I have ever had tryin to book a hotel room .! The hotel manager was super rude and very unprofessional. I would never stay at this hotel ever even if they paid me to .! The lack of professionalism and how disrespectful the manager was was out rages. I could say it was a race problem because that is how it seemed seeing I had to call another Hilton hotel to help me book my reservations because I was super confused and overwhelmed and just needed some help. After I got the help I needed I ended up staying at another Hilton hotel.
