我們當初真的很想入住這家酒店的，但可惜當時已經沒有可以俯瞰湖面美景的房間了。但這並沒有阻礙我們來體驗這家酒店的美妙之處，因為我們在酒店附屬的餐廳裏吃了一頓非常棒的晚餐。雖然我們沒有提前預訂桌子，但是那裡的工作人員還是很樂意讓我們入座，還為我們找了幾近完美的位置，可以俯瞰湖面的美景。這裏不管是飯菜口味，酒的品質還是氛圍都非常棒。我真的很喜歡這裏，雖然有一點貴，但是物有所值。

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per una sola notte, ed ho trovato un personale gentile e premuroso. Bella camera, con vista lago, spaziosa e pulita. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze.Buona prima colazione. Lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri

Accueil par Nicola très agréable et francophone Jolie chambre avec balcon donnant sur le lac, salle de bains parfaite Équipe réactive et sympathique Emplacement parfait pour l accès à l embarcadère et visite de la villa Carlotta

Une institution L'endroit est merveilleux. Les chambres ne sont pas tres modernes, mais avec balcons sur le lac, c'est magique. Les restaurant est réputé, et sa renommée est tout à fait justifiée. Quant à l'accueil, il est top. Magnifique séjour

Séjour de rêve .personnel charmant et disponible. Chambre sous les toits spacieuse avec vue superbe sur le lac. Petit déjeuner en terrasse délicieux. Aucun bruit. La prochaine fois nous goutterons le restaurant gastronomique qui était complet !

飯店乾淨，地點優越，工作人員非常熱情 湖景優美，50公尺外有棚停車場 碼頭和巴士站位於 150 mothers 唯一的缺點就是衛生紙的品質太粗糙。

Good location, clean, large rooms, some with a nice lake view. Were accommodating when my travel companion couldn’t make it due to flight delays. I enjoyed my experience until check out. I swapped to a different room upon check in as i was now traveling solo and i was quoted a charge of approx 69€ for this (as it was a bigger room) and accepted that - we paid around 300-350£ for the room so it felt fair. But then at check out I was charged an additional 269€ for the room change. When I explained that this was not the amount originally quoted to me and that I would have never accepted that charge in light of it being almost as much as we had originally paid the staff got extremely rude with me. They had no compassion and tried gaslighting me, saying the staff member who did the swap for me spoke english very well and definitely explained the charges to me, I must’ve made the mistake. He did not, he quoted me 39€ a night at 69€ total, not 200 more than that. When i got upset the staff became extremely unkind and laughed and shrugged their shoulders and forced me to pay. When I mis-used £ over € (because it’s my usual currency) they made fun of me for that as well, saying “He wouldn’t have charged you Pounds so you’re definitely wrong.” It’s one thing to miscommunicate a cost that is substantially higher than what was agreed, but it’s another thing to deal with the issue and the guest with such a lack of grace and common decency. Suffice to say I won’t be returning as that experience really soured my stay. The food was average.

A beautiful small hotel on the lake. Rooms overlook the lake and the restaurant is out of a fairy tale. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is outstanding and service is excellent. Area is convenient with walking distance to ferries that can take you to Como, Bellagio and Varenna. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Very cute boutique Hotel right on the lake. Very clean but what impressed me beyond belief was their restaurant. Why it’s not Michelin rated I’m not sure but it should be!

Small Boutique Hotel conveniently located near water taxis bus in the few shops excellent breakfast very helpful staff right on the Lake Lakeview rooms have small patio very nice

The location of this hotel is fabulous! It’s not overly touristy, there’s a ferry very close, and there’s a walking path to Lenno that goes along the water and up through the hills. The restaurant is somewhat fancy, in the summer I’m sure it fabulous with the windows open. The room was good size, nice view of lake. The only downside was the shower, it’s only a bathtub with a shower hand wand. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They have about 6 parking spots next to the hotel, otherwise they have party just around the corner within a short walk. I highly recommend.
