位置很棒。您只需仔細選擇租賃房產即可。我們的房間看起來像一個倉庫，與我們預訂的房間的照片相差甚遠😂我們正在進行週年紀念旅行，只有我和我的丈夫。房間很大，但不太整潔，一邊有一張備用床，桌子下面有兩台壞了的電視，檯面上有一張中央桌子。總之它看起來像一個倉庫，不能打電話給代理，我們沒有授權出示，幸好有一名警衛來救援😂😂😂無論如何，所有體驗都是收費的。

It was easy to communicate with the contact person, but it is good to note that this room doesn’t have toiletries; you have to bring your own. Pretty clean and neat if you just want a cheap place to stay in tagaytay. :)

My wife enjoy it. But i taught parking is free We paid 350 pesos for the parking In the pic it was facing the volcano But it was city view From 308 To 2303...

Maganda yung view, hindi mabaho yung lugar at maganda ang location. Meron lang small na mga ipis at medyo may amoy yung bathroom. Sana ma improve yung housekeeping nung lugar. Thank you

The location of the property is ideal for first time visitor cause it has all access to all the overlooking restaurants and walking distance to skyranch.

I forgot my belt bag when I booked here I didn't notice it until a week later. Neither the cleaning staff nor the agent informed me that it was found. I only discovered it after a week, when I noticed unauthorized transactions on my card. I called and was told that they had found my bag, but no one had informed me about it the day I left. The agent told me that when they found my bag, they checked it and claimed there was nothing inside.

This booking was a bit of a nightmare, we have been trying to contact someone from the property at least a month, week then a few days before our check-in date but no one replied. I called the number a couple of time but was dismissed as the person on the other end said she was busy cleaning who knows what. They even got out dates incorrect which was rectified. We were assigned to a different room, the bed is like lying on a cardboard, the airconditioing was dripping on us and the toilet and bath is filthy. Will not consider booking in this property anytime soon.
