IF YOU VALUE COMMUNICATION AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
1. After reading the reviews and noting that there were dissatisfied customers who mentioned that their rooms don't look like what was advertised, I contacted the property a day before my trip in order to know what my room actually looks like.
2. I was able to talk to angelica, their caretaker, and she said she doesn't have pictures and the owner just informs them what room would be assigned to each person who booked on the day itself. I booked a room with a view of the lake and she said that there are 3 rooms that overlooks the lake. But she can not tell me which one will be assigned to me.
3. I contacted trip.com and asked for help regarding the photos that I need. I also noticed that the one photo used for my room classification was also used in other room types which makes no sense since I was informed that all rooms are different from each other.
4. After several hours and several calls with trip. I was informed that the owner refuses to answer their calls and email.
5. I decided that I would just cancel the booking since I really hate it when the property owner refuses to communicate and deliberately don't answer my calls. I asked for assistance from trip.com and they mentioned that they will coordinate with the owner for a free cancellation so that I will have my refund.
6. After numerous attempts, the owner still refused to answer the calls and email of trip.com and they did not agree to the cancellation/refund.
THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY OWNER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.
