Das Hotel ist sehr schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Pillows and beds were awful. The shower has no door so the water flows out in the rest of the bathroom. The soap included with the room was almost not enough for two showers and the shampoo was in little bags that were too small for even one washing of hair. My room had no air conditioning and there was a big and loud air vent on the building outside the very small balcony. The only good things is the location and decent breakfast, and our room had a big flatscreen smart TV.

This hotel has so much potential, the building is very modern. Sadly a few aspects let the whole experience down. 1. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard one would expect, we found a used tissue,with what a hope was dark blood on it, as well as food crumbs in our room. 2. The room lacked what would normally be classed as basics, there was not shower gel or shampoo and not even hand soap! We also didn't receive any robes or extra towels, which you would expect at a SPA hotel! 3. The costumer service was outright poor, the people sitting at the reception could not speak English and genrally had a negative/dismissive attitude. We also came back to the hotel one night around 23:00 and had no idea how to get back in, we had to ring a number we found online, not fun being locked outside your hotel for 30 mins when it's freezing outside! 4. The "spa", i.e. the pool and sauna was disappointing and much smaller than the images would have you believe, you are also watched by a "guard" who shouts at you if you do the smallest thing wrong, for example going directly from the sauna to the pool without showering (isn't that what you are supposed to do???!!) the way he kept staring at us made it very hard to relax. On the plus side the breakfast was decent and the hotel is in a great location only a few hundred metres from the beach.

Hotellet är inriktat på feta tyska pensionärer. Frukosten är under all kritik, den var till och med bättre på färjan hit. Förstår inte hur ett såpass nytt hotell kan sakna Air condition. Ett riktigt stort + till receptionisten som hjälpte oss att ordna parkering, trots att vi inte hade förbokat detta.

Service wie in einer Jugendherberge, Betten werden nicht gemacht, Zimmer in einer Woche nicht einmal gereinigt, neue Handtücher nur auf Nachfrage, Frühstück ohne jegliche Abwechslung.......einmal und nie wieder

Sie waren sehr unfreundlich, und frühstück war nicht soo dolle , den wollte ich abends in den SPA Bereich holte mir den ein Bademantel an der Rezeption ab für 28PLN war auch alles gut den am nächsten Tag ruf sie auf den Zimmer an um 9:15 um zu sagen sie müssen den Bademantel noch zahlen obwohl wir noch eine Nacht da sind frech !!!!

Große saubere moderne Zimmer, jedoch sehr laut- egal wo, nach hinten durch die Filteranlage des Pool vom Nachbarhotel, nach vorn durch die Strasse und die Baustelle/ Schotterwerk gegenüber, keine Klimaanlage, das Bad nur durch Glaswände abgetrennt im Zimmer und der Balkon ist etwa 1qm groß.. Außer zwei Damen war das Personal an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich. Das Essen, was es gab war schmackhaft,außer Getränke, Saft und Milch wurde mit Wasser gestreckt.aber sehr merkwürdige Essenszeiten und immer das gleiche Angebot, wenig Obst, kaum Salat, kein Kuchen und es wurde minutengenau auf die Zeit geachtet, ansonsten kam man nicht ins Restaurant oder wurde förmlich hinausgeworfen. Außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten keine Möglichkeit Kaffee zu trinken oder überhaupt was zu trinken zu kaufen (immer zur Promenade laufen. ca 500m). Fahrstuhl in der 3 Etage seit 2 Wochen kaputt (Zettel an der Tür, geht oder geht nicht).Wer eine Kur gebucht hat kann nicht wie versprochen mit einem deutschsprachigen Arzt rechnen und auch die angepriesene nette Krankenschwester konnte ich nicht finden, das Arztgespräch dauerte ca 5 Minuten, dann wurde man von der Schwester hinausgeworfen. Diese hatte auch nie Zeit, war ständig mit Kaffeetrinken und essen beschäftigt. Die Physiotherapeuten leisten sehr gute Arbeit und sind auch sehr freundlich. Schwimmbad ist super. Manche Zimmer sind auch schwer zu finden, da man mehrere Fahrstühle nutzen muss (Anbau) jedoch von den Damen der Rezeption erhält man diesbezüglich keine Hilfe.
