Comfortable and spacious, honestly a great deal! I was driving and it was raining and dark so I wanted a place to stop and rest til morning as driving was not the safest. Great find!

Great and friendly staff, hotel was clean. Only complaint was smell either from new carpet or mustiness from another source.

Staff very courteous.. room was clean and breakfast had a wide variety. Lots of restaurants close by.

Enjoyed our stay here and the reviews are pretty much spot on. Very nice rooms which are clean. Looks to be an older hotel that had a quality upgrade to freshen it up. The only way I could tell is the dresser, TV stand was more worn than other furniture in the room. Looked hard and heavy to move…lol. That being said they did an excellent quality upgrade and really enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

A very nice clean property and room. Desk clerk was very hospitable and informative. Property was very convenient to many amenities.

Updates needed bathroom caulk. Third floor had strong smells, like sewage maybe. Personnel were very helpful and breakfast was great.

Stay here often due to value, location, front desk personnel, big rooms and bright baths. Breakfast is quite good and there’s an adequate fitness center. Very comfortable!

We arrived at 2:15 after traveling 400 miles. We knew check in was at 3:00, but were hoping we could check in a little early. We were told flatly that we couldn’t. No explanation except that is the rule. We have had other hotels allow us to check in early because our room was cleaned and available. It was disappointing to say the least.

Everything was so comfortable there the shower pressure was amazing the breakfast was good and the service was good I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

Stay here a fair amount due to location, nice staff and big rooms. Decent fitness center and good breakfast! Only complaint is king size fitted sheet kept coming loose…too small. Bathroom was bright and water was hot!

Good breakfast! Only other comment - would be nice if butter was not refrigerated during breakfast so that it was soft enough to spread on toast, etc. Too hard in refrigerated case.

Breakfast in its entirety should be made available to all,right up to the end of breakfast time.. it appears they get lazy in the last hour. Usually best western breakfast are good this one, not so much might be some reconsidering.
