This newly renovated home provides a peaceful oasis great for family vacations, group getaways, artistic inspiration, quiet relaxation, and fun adventures. Centrally located, it is only 3 miles from I-10 and a 5 minute drive to downtown Daphne. It is walking/running distance from the Daphne Pier at May Day Park and less than 15 minute drive-time to downtown Fairhope. While being centrally located, this oasis creates a pleasant and peaceful escape as it is hidden away in the woods on over an acre of land, complete with a creek running through the property. It truly showcases the coastal charm of Daphne.
This luxurious home features large rooms and high ceilings. The living room and master suite feature floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of palm, magnolia, and oak trees. Renters can enjoy 50” televisions in both the living room and master suite. The living room also has a couch that pulls out into a queen bed. The master suite is peaceful and spacious with a king bed, a futon that pulls out into a double bed, its own dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin top bunk, double bottom bunk, and twin trundle. It also has shelves full of toys and books for children. The kitchen provides a second dedicated workspace with a desk looking out to tropical views. The complex is quiet and serene if you want to just relax or enjoy one of the pools on the grounds, yet it is only 1.5 miles to I-10 which makes it a super convenient home base for visits to Pensacola Beach, FL, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Mobile or Fairhope, AL.

Cozy two bedroom, ground level condo close to many area attractions including the newly opened amusement park Owa, the Tanger Outlet Mall, Sports Complex, the beaches, and many other attractions. The Condo is great for families and pets and is the perfect get away to rest and relax. Kitchen comes with all appliances including washer and dryer.

Private belcony with beautiful view of the sunset over the mobile bay. around the corner from a boat launch in mobile bay. 1.5 miles from I-10 close to malbis mall, 7 miles from fairhope and 30 miles from the beaches.
