We had to abandon our stay at this property due to very bad sewage smells & Mr Ivan Apukhtin's unhelpful handling of the situation. Initially he only communicated via text and then was completely silent. We were forced to rebook elsewhere. The host is refusing to give us refund for spurious and unevidenced reasons.

I stayed in apartment 14 for a three week stay. It provided me with everything I needed for a comfortable stay: self catering, washing machine access, car parking etc. A clean, safe, serviced apartment. I would definitely stay there again.
