The Israeli breakfast was included in the room fee, and was excellent. Indeed, I only needed one other meal for the rest of the day, The servioce people were excellent. I used the laundry service which was prompt and efficient. The rooom cleaing service was excellent, by a wonderful Gilipina

The place is a little run down there's an update it wasn't clean I felt like I need to shower every time get out of the bed because the she's had some kind of stains it wasn't enough towels have to ask for extra. Couldn't even open the window because at night the restaurant under the window was smoking barbecue

Naja, das Frühstück war super super - das Zimmer - wir bekamen ein upgrade war sehr gross, aber schön ist anders. Schon lange nicht renoviert. Das ganze Haus hatte Ostblockstil, das Personal war so unhöflich wie man es erwarten konnte

Absolutely not for families. Given the choice I wouldn't stay there but I had no choice. As far as I could see, this is the only hotel in Beersheva. To be fair the reception staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. When we complained that the hotel had slapped on an extra 40 shekels (no idea why), they gave us an immediate upgrade to a junior suite. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and a plate of fruit. Plus a decent skincare kit. So, the reception was fine, but the rest of the hotel? Oh dear. The first thing that hits you is the smell of cleaning fluid everywhere. The hotel is stuck in an 80s time warp with shabby brown and unidentifiable coloured carpeting with equally depressing wall paper. The carpet in the room was so uninviting that I didn't want to tread on it barefoot. Note to future visitors: bring slippers. The couch had cigarette burns on it. The bathroom, though clean, is desperately in need of an overhaul with cracked tiles, peeling paint and dirty grouting on the floor. The air vent doesn't work. Watch your step when you come out the bathroom because there is, well, a step which can catch you unawares. The corridor is equally dingy and depressing, while the carpet, in part, is worn down to its threads. The restaurant continues with the depressing colour theme. The selection of food at breakfast was wide, but pretty standard. The hot food was just warm, the pastries were stale. Note: you can't get lunch at this hotel. And by the way, this is the only hotel I've ever seen where staff help themselves to food from the breakfast buffet. Three stars only because of the smiling staff at the reception. This place needs a complete overhaul. Note to management: please don't reply with the standard answer that I've seen elsewhere. If you do, I know you haven't read this.

Outdated rooms with old old carpet stains and bumps all over. Bath tub is three feet above ground so hard to get In. Staff not very attentive. Not sure what is lying on the floor outside my room maybe an old flower arrangement? Feels dark and depressing. If you can find something else you should

I came to leonardo negev hotel as a solo traveler visiting my family in beer sheva, at the entrance of the hotel raz and avital the security guards helped me with my luggage and were very helpful. At the reception tal and alice were very kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a business room and wasnt charged at all for that. The food was delicious breakfast was amazing and the whole experience was truly magnificent

Das Hotel ist ziehmlich heruntergekommen. Es bräuchte dringend Renovationen. Die Tiefgarage ist komplett mit Tauben Dreck und Katzen Dreck versaut. Überall bröckel die Wand. Das Notfalltreppenhaus ist total schmutzig und war teilweise mit Zimmermöbel verstellt gewesen. Der Personenlift funktionierte nicht immer. Im Zimmer sollte der Teppich entfernt werden, der ist richtig schmudelig. Die Tücher im Bad waren schmutzig (Lippenstift und braune Spuren) und zum Teil zerrissen. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass uns die Hotelmanagerin nicht ernst genommen hat. Die Frühstücksauswahl war OK, die Tischset schmutzig. Tische wackelten. Das Personal war nicht einheitlich gekleidet und hatte nicht viel im Griff. Kaffee aus dem Pappbecher und Plastiklöffel für Joghurt etc.

De retour dans cet hôtel après 4 ans. Le lieu est vieillissant, les parties communes sont sales et mal entretenue. L'accueil est toujours aussi glacial. Le point positif est l'attention du GM dans la chambre à mon arrivée (fruits frais, gaheaux, vin). Dommage car le lieux pourrait être largement mieux exploité. Pdj complet à l'habitude et le même au quotidien.

Localização no centro da cidade, com uma estrutura muito boa. No dia que chegamos estava acontecendo um casamento no sala de festa do hotel, muito bem decorado. Hotel bem conservado e atendimento bom. Próximo da maior e melhor universidade da cidade, a Universidade de Ben Gurion.

I visited the Leonardo and was delighted by the hotel and atmosphere, the front desk was so helpful and Adi was so helpful, and gave me great tips, the Negev experience was better because of this hotel and I recommend people visiting in Israel and visiting the south to stay here
