Worst room service, food quality is bad no response for anything. For drivers no facility. Don’t select this hotel for your stays

Decent hotel but not worth it for the price charged by them. Sticky room floor, small queen size bed and ac cooling issue. I felt this hotel could be considered as a 2 star. Will not stay here again

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at hotel kalyan grand business hotel, which i booked. While there were positive aspects, there were also areas that require improvement. Firstly, i had requested an early check-in option with a 4-hour window, but upon arrival, i was informed that there were no rooms available for early check-in. However, after expressing my willingness to pay for the early check-in, a room was allocated to me within 10 minutes. This initial discrepancy in room availability was disappointing. Furthermore, during my stay, i encountered issues with mosquitoes and insects inside the bathroom, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, there was a need to remind the staff daily to provide essential amenities like floor mats, which should ideally be standard offerings without prompting. The breakfast options were limited, and there were delays in fulfilling requests in the dining area, impacting the overall dining experience negatively. Lastly, i must highlight that the hospitality during this stay was notably below the standard i have experienced in my previous visits to kalyan grand business hotel. I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience and uphold the reputation of hotel kalyan grand business hotel. Rooms are good. Smoking and non smoking rooms are mixed and so you will feel the smell in corridors. People speaking on the corridor is clearly heard inside rooms - very less sound proof. Can provide dental & shaving kits. Apart from this hotel & room is really good to stay.

Not good. Booked is single cot room but hotel provided twin bed room. No dental kits, water is not clean.

Had an amazing stay and the staff was great. Hospitality is top notch and staff is exceptionally good at making the stay memorable. Their efforts made our stay very special. Looking forward to visiting again.

Very clean and neat, ambiance was very nice and food is effective price compared to outside and very higenic.

Staffs are courteous. Good quality is very good. Rooms are spacious. Overall experience is excellent.
