I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at hotel kalyan grand business hotel, which i booked. While there were positive aspects, there were also areas that require improvement. Firstly, i had requested an early check-in option with a 4-hour window, but upon arrival, i was informed that there were no rooms available for early check-in. However, after expressing my willingness to pay for the early check-in, a room was allocated to me within 10 minutes. This initial discrepancy in room availability was disappointing. Furthermore, during my stay, i encountered issues with mosquitoes and insects inside the bathroom, which detracted from the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, there was a need to remind the staff daily to provide essential amenities like floor mats, which should ideally be standard offerings without prompting. The breakfast options were limited, and there were delays in fulfilling requests in the dining area, impacting the overall dining experience negatively. Lastly, i must highlight that the hospitality during this stay was notably below the standard i have experienced in my previous visits to kalyan grand business hotel. I believe addressing these issues would significantly enhance the guest experience and uphold the reputation of hotel kalyan grand business hotel.
