Good old heritage property with amazing facilities inside the hotel. Starting from security to housekeeping boys all the staff are very friendly Ms sandya helping us for all requests. Need to improve on breakfast buffet spread. Excellent service from reception hub special mention to Sathish from . Willing to comeback in near future

My booking was smooth through online and on arrival Mr Sathish was kind and upgraded me to heritage room. Room was spacious and well maintained. Antiques was nice and entire corridoor was amazing with paintings. Gym and pool was add on and I like the property.

Heard about this hotel through one of my friend and came explore in this city and stayed here. It was a pleasant stay and my arrival was amazing with welcome drink provided by Sathish at reception and beautiful rooms good food and all services was excellent. Gym trainer jo is very nice. All good

Extremely good hospitality and really satisfying stay. Food was great too. Further, special thanks to the House keeping staff and specially Mr. Murali. I had left a book in the room. Mr. Murali kept the book nicely for me to collect when I was back in Chennai after a few weeks. Looking forward to staying at Ambassador Palava.

Ambassador pallava hotel situated in the heart of the city ease of communication to everywhere all the facilities are good and staff are very kind and helpful. Food rates are higher. Rooms are good and spacious. Antiques in the lobby are eye catching. Thank you

A very comfortable stay,...it's a good property situated in Good place,being old property though it is maintained wel, it was a nice stay , ***inder the ***ager was very corporative in al terms all the team was very helpful!

Enjoyed both the days of my stay and was beyond my expectation. Value for money for the stay and Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly. Service was quick. Food is slightly costlier though. Upon my request the front office reception gave an early check-in.

Fantastic experience hoteliers Mr sateesh Ms shivani Ms sana Ms Vasanthi The above mentioned guys are great and very nice hospitality from their side and good ambience and nice food and ms shivani greeted with utmost smile and satish taken very much care and vasanthi reservations made a great job and sana taken utmost care
