Good location near shoping mall and bus station.

Blood on pillow during stay. Staff were quick to rectify but whole place suddenly felt dirty to us. We could not wait to leave.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and the decor was attractive and comfortable. The only complaint would be the key card system was inconsistent, needing to re-enter the card in elevator and underground parking.

Great location with excellent restaurant. Very reasonably priced. I will be recommending this hotel to my friends.

This is shared accommodation (hotel guests and renters) The accommodation is okay. Some of the renters are rather noisy at night.

The location was good for shopping centres, restaurants and general access to M1. The bathroom had mould and the shower curtain was disgusting - yellow mould on the bottom. Servicing of the rooms was minimal. First day didn't empty the bins and only changed one towel. Second day we made sure the bin was in the middle of the floor. No dishwashing liquid so we used the same crockery (which wasn't cleaned by house keeping) for 3 days. Room smelt musty from the air-conditioning which given the state of the bathroom probably hasn't been cleaned in years. No bed turn down either for the whole time we were there. We chose this hotel due to the rating - not the cost as this was definately not the cheapest in the area. Then to top it off we were charged for mini bar - which we didn't use! They did refund that amount. Very disappointed in the whole experience. And will not return there again despite regular business in Logan City.

That the staff had no idea that the so called king size bed was in fact two beds pushed together ,and the room smelt ,bed sheet had a wet patch on it, carpet was wet, windows filthy, no sugar, refrigerator ice box was not able to be opened, verandah very dirty with spider webs on the walls, and dirty growth on the verandah ,even to the point of a **** growing there, all explained to the manageress. not a place I would recommend, staff lacked knowledge.
