薩帕休閒溫泉飯店的評論

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti al Sapa Relax Hotel. Ci sono venuti incontro in modo. A seguito di un grossissimo imprevisto che abbiamo avuto ci hanno consentito di spostare la data del nostro soggiorno. Visto che avevamo prenotato due tipologie di stanze diverse ci hanno fatto l'upgrade gratuito alla camera di tipologia migliore. La camera era davvero molto bella e completa di tutto. Ci hanno offerto la colazione per due mattine, una colazione molto buona con ampia scelta soprattutto di salato ma con anche alcune proposte dolci e buonissima frutta fresca. Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo anche fatto un massaggio ai piedi di 60 minuti alla SPA e ci è piaciuto davvero molto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e assolutamente consiglio il soggiorno presso questo hotel.

Avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel au cours de notre circuit. Accueil sympathique avec une boisson de bienvenue. Hôtel bien situé. Jolie chambre avec une literie confortable mais malheureusement deux nuits sans sommeil car comme dans bcp d’hôtels au Vietnam pas de double vitrage et extérieur très bruyant. Bon petit déjeuner.

Een prima hotel; met een ruime kamer, wat kleine badkamer, met toilet artikelen, kluis, föhn, waterkoker. Uitzicht was niet veel soeps. Prima ontbijtbuffet, met Vietnamees en westwrs eten. Lift aanwezig. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ligt vlakbij centrum

Bardzo dobry Hotel. Miła obsługa. Hotel blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Czyste duże pokoje, ogromne łóżko nam się trafiło. Świetny widok na góry. Śniadanie obszerne i smaczne w formie bufetu, każdy znajdzie coś dla Siebie. Polecam serdecznie.

Hotel Excelente com uma localização perfeita. Atendimento de alta qualidade. Quartos muito confortáveis e muito limpos. Internet com ótimo sinal em todo o Hotel. Fantástico terraço com vista deslumbrante para o vale de de Sapa. Pequeno almoço muito bem servido variado. Recomendo sem hesitação!

우리가 들어가 자마자 아주 좋은 인사, 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 위치는 구시가지에 이보다 더 좋을 수 없으며 도로에서 조금 더 떨어져 있어 교통 소음이 거의 또는 전혀 없습니다. 방은 작았지만 이틀 밤 동안 완벽하게 좋았습니다. 아침 식사는 당신이 그것을 즐겼다는 것을 알고 싶어하는 직원들과 함께 맛있었습니다.나는 Mr.라는 매니저를 정말 좋아한다. 좋아, 그는 매우 잘 생기고 친절합니다. 우리 예약에는 아침 식사가 포함되어 있지 않았지만 그는 우리에게 무료 아침 식사를 제공했고 아침 식사는 맛있고 다양한 옵션이 있었습니다.

Hôtel propre et bien tenu, la chambre que nous occupions était bien aménagée et jolie. Petit déjeuner de qualité avec un choix varié. Seuls bémols : le spa n’est pas à la hauteur. La propreté laisse à désirer, le « herbal bath » est juste un bain brulant avec du bain moussant et le massage était douloureux (la personne a répondu au téléphone pendant le soin…). Aussi, lorsque notre guide mhong est venue nous chercher le matin, le réceptionniste lui a demandé d’attendre dehors, ce que nous avons trouvé inacceptable. Mis à part ça, hôtel de qualité parmi l’offre plethorique qu’offre Sapa.

Excelente hotel enclavado en el corazón de Sa Pa, muy cercano a tiendas , bares y restaurantes. La acogida , fenomenal. En recepción , Mr Ok Nguyen nos atendió con mucha profesionalidad y nos hizo el proceso de check in de manera rápida. Excelente nivel de Inglés. La habitación que nos asignaron era exactamente la que habíamos reservado, cosa que a veces no pasa en este tipo de hoteles. Todo muy limpio y de calidad. Desde luego, si lo que estás buscando es buena calidad al menor precio, este es tu lugar. Sin dudas volvería a repetir

Hotel très propre ,les responsables couple jeunes admirable ,l'accueil jeune fille très gentille, petit déjeuner très varies à tous les gouts ,réserver les jeux fermes ,monter avant coucher soleil au 6 eme étages sur la terrasse prendre une bière et admirer le paysage incroyable

Good location. A rather small hotel with adequate breakfast. Delicious rice rolls.Clean room and reception staff at desk most of the time. Several massage parlours nearby and main walking street nearby. Pleasant to wander in the night when it was a lot cooler.

Not as expected. Photos looked so impressive but it’s not. Just an average hotel. Location quite ok. Breakfast nothing special. Spa - masseurs were ok but not hotel standard. The spa outside were better. Employees are not really good with English as reviewed.

This is a great mid priced hotel . It represents fantastic value for money . Centrally located , the staff spoke terrific English and really looked after their guests . You could see them all trying to get people into their rooms as early as possible as most people arrive in Sapa early in the morning . The rooms were really pleasant and clean and we loved our view. Sapa is hilly and it's a slight walk up a hill to get to the main square . Would stay again !

This is a centrally located, fairly modern mid sized 3 star hotel. We were both ill, suffering stomach issues after a night in a village homestay, and the hotel kindly allowed us an early checkin and a slightly later checkout. We were greeted politely and offered tea, which soothed our aching tummies a little! Room was very nice, quiet and spotless, with a clean modern bathroom. Breakfast offerings were varied and looked delicious but we had to choose conservatively, unfortunately. We were very grateful to the staff for their concern and help. Certainly a nice hotel to stay in!
