Great location

The bedroom was clean. However, the bathroom was filthy. There was a large bar of soap with hair on it in the shower. The floor needed to be mopped. Check in left a lot to be desired. The desk clerk was very unfriendly. The hotel is in a good location. Outside the property was well kept. There is a good variety of places to eat, some close enough to walk. The breakfast was good.

After checking in Friday at 11:45pm, we awoke Saturday to ants all.iver the dresser and some on the beds. The water temperature in the shower was either scalding or freezing, no comfortable or safe temperature. When we notified the front staff they asked how to make it better. I asked for a comp stay or reduced price. As i turned to go back to my room, a staff member came out from checking room 102 and announced there was big rat poop in the room. Hotel is nasty.

Pros: very clean, front desk was friendly rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Also good location. Cons: unaware that microwaves were not in room and air conditioner was noisy. Spoke with the person who did the checkout and she said we are upgrading so no microwaves in all yhe rooms and she said she would let someone know. Just dont think it will happen from her attitude. All in all i would stay again. Just think we need to be told there are no microwaves in all the rooms in case one was needed.

Property was very clean, easily accessible. The room was nice and large as well as clean. The noise between adjoining room is quite loud. I you have a partier or like me a snorer next door it's like they are in your bed.

Staff was not well trained, took very long to check in, they gave us the wrong WiFi password and had to go back and ask someone else for the correct password. They were changing all the locks on the doors and it was very noisy and the hallway was full of tools and equipment. Probably should have sit down areas of the hotel while they worked instead of working around customers. Not the best experience for us.

You get what you pay for. The furniture was dirty and peeling. There were spots on the walls where holes were half way patched. Our shower drained slowly, but it was fixed right away so that was a plus. The lady at the front desk during the day was nice but the guy at nights was not sociable.

This hotel may be good for the one night traveler, but needs some upgrades. I am a news junkie and was pissed about the extremely limited channel listening, especially no cable news station.

Great stay....only problem was the tv went out around 11pm... call front desk and they said they would look at it the next day..that didn't help me. Great breakfast
