Surestay hotel is clean and the staff has been nice and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone staying in the Spartanburg area. They also offer free breakfast. Well worth the price.

Pre reserved for cross country trip to a funeral. The manager was ‘the only person working at 4pm’, front desk, cleaning rooms, laundry’ etc. She stayed there all night working. I won’t stay there again because the shower didn’t work and had no hot water. I can’t say enough about the manager’s work ethic. She needs a raise.

An encore wonderful experience every single time the staff are helpful trustworthy and respectful.

Comfortable room and bed. Check in was good. Very accommodating to change my room from second to first floor. Was surprised I needed to pay a $100 deposit. A little noisy but not enough to keep me awake.

The front desk did not speak english, I paid for entire month on my credit card and ajay at the front desk did not honor because he said the virtual credit card ******* sent declined, ******* asked ajay to call ******* and he refused, telling me to hang up the phone with *******

Had to pay a deposit of 100 dollars and it doesn't say that online shady businesses practices and unclear business policies online. No big deal ill never book there again

The price was a good deal for 2 day's. I think the woman at night learned a little more english. If it wasnt for me speaking spanish the question would of took longer to answer me. The door to the room had a gap in it and you had to lift it by the handle to lock it. The bed has a metal frame and makes noise when you move around.

The hotel does not have enough towels Ask front desk this morning for towels to shower before check out no towels clean The air or heater did not work traded room an still didn’t work Good location but terrible experience

Their was a smell that was unbearable like a sewage leak or something. The staff were very rude

I’d have to say the bed was comfortable and the decor was very nice, but when I got up to use the bathroom I seen several baby roaches crawling in the bathroom, not acceptable with me.

The room was filthy. I want my money back! I have pictures of dried throw up on the bathroom floor and nothing was cleaned in my room. Dirty counter also.

Not a good spot to say! Place smelled like Incense in ****. My bed sheets had stains and hair all over them! I asked for fresh sheets and never got them. Hair dryer had dust and hair all throughout. Shower had mold in it as well,

No one's spoken English. Could not communicate cancel reservation
