Room was very clean ! Bartender at bar was a very nice woman :) breakfast lady waiter was also great ! Only complaint would be our jucuzzi tub messed up and we was only able to use the jets one time :(

The room was great! I asked, in my reservation to be placed away from the interstate, however, we were placed in a room closest to the interstate. The exit door next to our room slammed anytime anyone went out it. Was woken several times during the visit.
The buffet breakfast was adequate, but not great. Definitely not worth the cost.

Restaurant service was great. Food quality was good. Limited housekeeping service. It seems as though the prices go up but your services are more limited.

We had no issues except the couch and chair in the suite were older and uncomfortable. We had to ask for a do not disturb sign and it would have been nice if there was a pen and paper in the room.

hotel was nice. NO FREE BREAKFAST, had to pay, even 2 star hotels at least give you cereal for free. room the first night the ac didn't work nor the air so they gave a free breakfast. OMG really!!. They should have given us free breakfast for the whole week and they were replacing toilets starting at 7 am, so much for getting to sleep. DON'T STAY HERE!!

The initial experience was good..greeted upon arrival, check in smooth. Dropped our bags and left until later evening. The room smelled like body odor, so turned down AC to filter the smell. Had to keep it so cold to cover the smell but the bedding/pillows still stunk of body odor. Totally gross!

Housekeeping came in our room two times before we checked out. They might have knocked the first time but I was in the shower. Second time just called hello when opened the door.

Room Cleaning staff couldn’t understand English so didn’t clean my room at a later time of the day that I tried to tell them. So the day after the first night I received no room cleaning or fresh towels.

We paid for a jacuzzi room just for the jacuzzi not to even hold water (literally), our bathroom sink didn’t drain, hair from previous tenant left in shower, our keys didn’t even work to our door.. was told that our room would be discounted because of the hassle, and we never got that discount. We stayed here because downtown Hilton was sold out. I wish we would have just stayed home. Ruined our post-wedding celebration. Save your money and go to the La Quinta off of the Main Street exit instead.

This hotel was right of 65 with plenty of dining options and also had a great indoor pool for the kids

I really enjoyed my stay. I had a few minor problems. The ironing board would not let back downbut they replaced it right away. The batteries in my remote needed to be changed and they sent up a new set of batteries right away. The hair dryer did not work. I called in to give my new card information because the card i originally booked my stay with was replaced. The person who took my new information was not helpful. I wanted to book an additional night but she would not do it. I wanted to see if Hilton offered a cheaper rate. Well when i arrived and the young man at the desk helped me right away. I got a cheaper rate and became a Hilton honors member.
