Great clean hotel in the heart of miami beach. Lovely room (was a bit noisy) great restaurant and service

Nice enough room for an efficiency, but much like other reviewers did not have hot water in the room for showers. Let the front desk know and they said they would talk to the manager and reverse the resort fee. Never followed through or called us. The water heaters in rooms not working is a known issue, the front desk acknowledged that, so it’s even more disappointing that it has not been corrected. Also, watch your hotel bar tab, the bartender overcharged us significantly for a drink which we unfortunately did not notice until it was too late.

O hotel é ótimo , perto de tudo na colina ave. Apenas o Estacionamento na região é caro, mas tem opções mais “baratas” a alguns minutos a pé.

L’hotel è carino. Il supplemento di 100 dollari per un cane di 4kg è assolutamente inaccettabile e fuori prezzo
