Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y limpias; la comida en general está muy rica. El servicio es cordial, sin embargo, puede mejorar mucho, especialmente en los restaurantes, ya que, aunque no había mucha gente, se tardaban mucho en atender.

Una de las peores experiencias de viaje. Me cobraron $3000 dólares extra - no respetan sus cotizaciones. Todo comenzó mal; 3 días para poder coordinar el traslado del aeropuerto al hotel. Simplemente el personal no está entrenado ni le importa ayudar. Cuando coticé mi viaje, te preguntan la edad de los menores. Indiqué 13 años y me dieron una cotización de $2500 que pagué de inmediato así que en teoría ya todo estaba arreglado. Cuando se hizo el check-in, salieron con la historia que la cotización estaba mal y que tenia que pagar $3000 dólares más porque la política interna es que el menor a partir de 13 años ya paga como adulto. Me parece Perfecto, pero la edad ya estaba establecida desde que dieron la cotización y si hubo un error, eso no es problema mío. La actitud de la gerente fue nefasta, cerrada y sin ganas de ayudar - “o paga la diferencia o no puede entrar al hotel” y aparte es la tarifa más alta la que le tengo que aplicar porque para nosotros es walk-in y no reserva. Es increíble que un ajuste de tarifa de menor a adulto, salga más cara que la reserva original. La mitad del hotel en remodelación y obvio la mitad de los servicios no los puedes usar. Pero si te cobran completo. Esto va a irse más allá de un simple review malo. Esto es para una denuncia ante PROFECO y con mucho gusto perderemos tiempo y dinero todos los aqui involucrados.

Nada impresionante, las personas (no todos) no te atendian como debian, la vez pasada me hospede en el emporio zona hotelera de cancun y la atencion es 1000 veces mejor, aho si te hacen sentir especial, esperaba mas de hacienda 3 rios

El lugar nos gusta, es la 3a vez que venimos.

No hay claridad en un inicio de lo que incluye el all inclusive

The staff was very accommodating the dining areas were flexible for a rather large group. The complex blended in with the surroundings very well.

Senotes on site were amazing and activities were fun. Close to Playa Del Carmen for fun day trips. Staff was super friendly.

The flowing river is beautiful. The resort is in renovation mode which is good because it is starting to need repairs.

The property has a great layout, excellent beach area and lagoon.OMG the lagoon was by far the best part of our vacation.

We were punished because we booked on *******!! Upon arrival, we were separated from our group while a manager of some sort told us that we did not have the same privileges that the others had. She offered us the opportunity to attend a 90 minute sales pitch to learn how we could buy into better access, which we declined. The entire place feels salesy and slimy from this point forward. The entire property is under construction so every time you turn down a hallway, there might be a fresh piece of drywall or construction dust in your way. The property is hardly relaxing because there’s giant bulldozers and pile drivers slamming into the rocks at every turn - right outside the bedroom windows, next to the pools. We walked out to one of the viewing points on the beach and we were chased back by a bulldozer dumping rocks just feet from where we were trying to take photos. Don’t even bother with a massage! All I heard was banging! All the restaurants are closed or in flux so you end up eating almost every meal in one bland, cavernous room. They claimed one of the perks of membership was lobster, but every time I saw someone try to order one, they said they were out. On top of this, the mosquitoes and coatis are rampant throughout the property making it hard to enjoy. Most of the staff outside the sales team was great - Kika always had a smile on her face! Juan helped us paint our own souvenirs and always brought them back better! Would not go back!

I had low expectations because of the low reviews but it was actually one of the best resorts I've stayed at! The grounds are incredible, they have multiple cenotes and a gorgeous river that is amazing to snorkel and kayak through. It's the kind of thing people would pay $70+ to do a snorkel tour through, but here it's free! The food was good, the drinks were yummy, and the property was clean and comfortable. There were a ton of activities at the pool and some entertainment at night. We were never bored.
